《每日经济新闻》记者还注意到，格力电器在公告中还透露，公司董事长兼总裁董明珠目前对珠海银隆持股比例为10%。而去年12月中旬，董明珠个人首次出资入股珠海银隆，随后众业达（002441，SZ）在12月31日的转让珠海银隆股权的公告中曾透露，董明珠当时持股珠海银隆7.46%股权。也就是说，今年以来董明珠再次增加了对珠海银隆的投资，提升了个人持股比例。

深交所要求格力就合作相关内容进行风险分析，并补充披露本年度与珠海银隆预计发生日常关联交易具体情况、上年度关联交易实际发生情况、2017年各类关联交易预计款金额的合理性以及珠海银隆的履约能力等内容。

董明珠持股比例增至10%

值得注意的是，格力电器的公告中还透露了董明珠个人持股珠海银隆的最新信息。格力电器称，董明珠为珠海银隆的股东，持股比例为10%。

记者了解到，在新能源领域，珠海银隆的钛酸锂电池并非主流产品，虽然有资本陆续入局，但行业里有人仍然对该领域市场前景并不太看好。

赛迪顾问新能源汽车产业研究中心总经理吴辉告诉记者，钛酸锂电池的特点是能量密度小、充电快，由于续航时间短，钛酸锂主要可能在新能源公交上使用，轿车等其他领域不太可能使用，目前业内的多数看法仍然是，钛酸锂电池的市场有限。不过，由于国内目前做钛酸锂电池的厂商还不多，虽然市场不大，但竞争也尚未显现。
