“这个‘中共党员’又出现了，他到底是谁呢？”拿着取款通知，组织部孟宪斌科长想起，5年前，他也经手过一个署名为“中共党员”的两万元汇款，他清晰地记得那是2012年6月，附言栏写着：“党的生日即到，这是我的党费，为建航母保国门。”
