　　上海市委原常委、副市长艾宝俊受贿、贪污案一审开庭

　　2017年2月23日，福建省漳州市中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了上海市委原常委、副市长艾宝俊受贿、贪污一案。

　　福建省漳州市人民检察院起诉指控：2002年至2014年，被告人艾宝俊利用其担任宝山钢铁股份有限公司总经理、中共上海市委常委、副市长、中国（上海）自由贸易试验区管理委员会主任等职务上的便利，为相关单位和个人在企业经营发展、工作岗位调整等事项上提供帮助，直接或者通过其家人非法收受他人给予的财物，共计折合人民币4320万余元。

　　2001年至2009年，被告人艾宝俊利用担任上海宝钢集团公司副总经理、上海市副市长等职务上的便利，非法占有公共财物共计折合人民币751万余元。

　　庭审中，公诉机关出示了相关证据，艾宝俊及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方在法庭的主持下充分发表了意见，艾宝俊还进行了最后陈述，并当庭表示认罪、悔罪。被告人亲属，中国、福建省、漳州市三级人大代表、政协委员，新闻记者及各界群众40余人旁听了庭审。
