　　长江日报全媒体讯（记者谯玲玲 通讯员巩平）“小龙虾”今年起将走进湖北高校成为正式专业。湖北省招办昨发布消息，经省教育厅同意，江汉艺术职业学院自2017年起，面向“潜江龙虾万师千店工程”，开展校企合作办学，通过单独招生考试录取，培养普通专科层次的小龙虾产业技能型人才。

　　位于湖北省潜江市的江汉艺术职业学院，是2004年经湖北省人民政府批准成立、中国教育部备案的公办全日制普通高等学校。该校的“小龙虾”专业2017年计划招生150人，专业为烹调工艺与营养（2年制）、餐饮管理（2年制）、市场营销（3年制）。招生对象为具有湖北省户籍且年龄在40周岁以内的应往届中职毕业生和往届高中毕业生。
