特朗普政府，估计对这个局面是不满意的。
1月23日，特朗普政府的白宫发言人斯宾塞，召开首次记者招待会。会上，斯宾塞对南海问题发难：“我们将保护国际领土不被一个国家接管。”而这一次，美国派航母来南海，不过是上述特朗普政府南海政策的一个具体体现而已。

南海问题，中国才是最大的当事国。新时代需要新的秩序。中国在南海，一直秉持着合作共赢的态度。但有两点，中国绝不会妥协。一个是国家主权，一个是国家安全。美国一顿狂怼，用霸权思维，狂秀肌肉，这吓唬一下小国家还行。但这次是中国。
