中新网西安2月24日电 （党田野 阿琳娜）针对媒体报道的“秦始皇陵旁村庄被垃圾包围”一事，记者24日从西安临潼官方获悉，该区于23日晚启动调查追责机制并连夜组织力量，要求将“垃圾围村”问题解决。
有媒体报道称西安临潼区的多个村庄均被“垃圾围村”，在这些村庄旁的道路和耕地间，肆无忌惮地堆放着多个巨大的“垃圾山”，并不断散发着各种臭味。当地村民称，这些垃圾都是用大货车从城里拉来的，趁着天黑没人时偷偷倾倒在此的，这些垃圾对当地民众生活造成了巨大影响。有些“垃圾山”距离秦始皇陵只有1公里。此事一经媒体曝光，引起广泛关注。

据临潼官方介绍，23日晚临潼区紧急召开专题会议，连夜安排部署解决“垃圾围村”问题。要求问题突出的秦陵、新丰两个街办连夜部署、连夜清运、两个街道党政领导向区委写出深刻的书面检查，并立即启动调查追责机制。要求其余21个街办连夜排查、举一反三、自查自改；要求相关部门立即启动督查程序、问效程序、追责程序，确保整治出真招、见实效。
临潼区宣传部工作人员告诉记者，截至24日早7时，该区秦陵街道组织人力50人，装载机3台、垃圾清运车11辆，清运垃圾1000余吨，整治工作仍在继续。新丰街道已经组织人力15人，装载机2台、挖掘机1台、垃圾清运车7辆，清运垃圾15立方米，回填土方1200余立方米，现场已经清理完毕，随后立即进行绿化。
