  一、北京市东城区、朝阳区为了尽可能普及优质校资源,近年取消了推优,采取派位和划片制,并且这一趋势正在全市范围内推广。某种程度上,新的政策趋势也促成了学区房的火热。


  二、学区房抗跌性和稳定性是中产阶层对抗货币贬值、货币保值增值的重要通道。
