北京去年常住人口2172.9万人 增加2.4万人
新京报讯 (记者沙璐)2016年年末，北京市常住人口达到2172.9万人，同比增加2.4万人，增长0.1%，增量同比减少16.5万人，增速同比回落0.8个百分点。据北京市统计局、国家统计局北京调查总队昨日公布的《北京市2016年国民经济和社会发展统计公报》(以下简称“公报”)显示，2016年北京市经济运行总体平稳，住宅销售价格自去年10月份开始逐步趋稳，涨幅持续回落。
近五年常住人口增量增速均呈下降趋势
2016年，面对错综复杂的国际国内形势，北京市实现地区生产总值24899.3亿元，按可比价格计算，比上年增长6.7%。
就业和价格形势均较为稳定。全年城镇新增就业42.8万人，比上年增加0.2万人。年末城镇登记失业率为1.41%，比上年末提高0.02个百分点。居民消费价格平均上涨1.4%，涨幅比上年回落0.4个百分点。经济运行总体平稳。
在发展经济的同时，近年来，北京市人口调控力度逐渐加大，人口调控效果不断显现。随着疏解非首都功能各项措施的推进，2016年，北京市常住人口的增速、增量继续实现双下降。
数据显示，2016年末常住人口2172.9万人，比上年末增加2.4万人，增长0.1%，增量比上年减少16.5万人，增速比上年回落0.8个百分点。其中，常住外来人口807.5万人，占常住人口的比重为37.2%；户籍人口1362.9万人，比上年末增加17.7万人。
在常住人口中，城镇人口1879.6万人，占常住人口的比重为86.5%。常住人口出生率9.32‰，死亡率5.20‰，自然增长率4.12‰。常住人口密度为每平方公里1324人，比上年末增加1人。
近五年来，常住人口增量及增长速度均呈现不断下降的趋势。目前已经从2012年的增量50.7万降到2016年的2.4万，增速也从五年前的2.5%降到去年的0.1%。
房价自去年10月开始逐步趋稳
2016年，北京市的房价一直备受关注。从新建商品住宅和二手住宅销售价格环比指数来看，自去年年初较大幅度上涨后，波动较大。
去年9月30日北京市出台新的房地产市场调控政策，住宅销售价格自10月份开始逐步趋稳，涨幅持续回落，房价快速上涨势头得到初步遏制。2016年12月份，新建商品住宅价格环比下降0.1%，二手住宅价格环比上涨0.2%。
从房地产开发情况看，2016年完成房地产开发投资4045.4亿元，比上年下降4.3%。其中，住宅投资1950.9亿元，下降0.6%；办公楼投资699.1亿元，下降22.9%；商业、非公益用房及其他投资1395.5亿元，增长2.8%。
而保障性住房建设全年新开工、筹集各类保障性住房5.6万套，竣工6.4万套，公开配租配售9.7万户。
去年出台的“9·30”新政提出，加大住宅用地供应力度。数据显示，去年全年国有建设用地供应总量2072.2公顷。其中，住宅用地469公顷(其中保障性安居工程用地366公顷)，工矿仓储用地120.9公顷，商服用地316.8公顷，基础设施等其他用地1165.5公顷。

PM2.5年均浓度同比降幅近1成
公报还公布了环境情况，可以看出城市环境在继续改善。数据显示，北京市城镇污水处理率为90%，其中城六区污水处理率达到98%，分别比上年提高2.1个和0.5个百分点。生活垃圾无害化处理率为99.84%，比上年提高0.04个百分点。
大气环境方面，北京市细颗粒物(PM2.5)和可吸入颗粒物(PM10)年均浓度值分别为73微克/立方米和92微克/立方米，分别比上年下降9.9%和9.8%。二氧化氮和二氧化硫年均浓度值分别为48微克/立方米和10微克/立方米，分别比上年下降4.0%和28.6%。
2016年北京共完成人工造林面积12667公顷，比上年增长55.7%。全市林木绿化率达到59.3%，比上年提高0.3个百分点。森林覆盖率达到42.3%，提高0.7个百分点。城市绿化覆盖率达到48.1%，下降0.3个百分点。
到2016年末，北京市机动车保有量达到571.8万辆，比上年末增加9.9万辆。民用汽车548.4万辆，增加13.4万辆。其中，私人汽车452.8万辆，增加12.5万辆；私人汽车中轿车316.2万辆，减少0.3万辆。
