引领用户需求

所谓行业无人机,是指区别于消费级航拍无人机的,功能较为复杂,满足特定行业特定需求的无人机。目前最常见的应用领域包括专业级的电影拍摄、农业植保、设备巡检等等。

不同于容易产生“爆款”的消费级无人机领域,做行业无人机需要对一个行业有深入了解,也需要能够提供一套完整的解决方案,包括硬件、软件、人员、服务等等。徐华滨说,行业无人机最大的技术门槛在于建立可持续的技术平台,让用户能够在平台上逐渐地做软硬件的升级,就像智能手机一样,用户只需要升级操作系统而不需要更换手机就能获得更好的实用体验。

他认为,对专业级无人机来讲,由于目前无人机技术的迭代非常迅速,作为载体的技术平台需要对用户需求有强大的引导能力,和对技术发展路线的深刻理解。

未来,无人机在各种能源、建筑基础设施的巡检、公共安全(消防、救援、监控)、测绘(例如在小规模测绘中配合三维建模)等方面大有可为。“目前农业、能源、安防、基础设施是大疆在行业应用领域优先的发展方向;以农业为例,在中国市场以农药喷洒为主,主要进行植保工作;在美国则是精准农业为主,主要进行农作物分析工作。”他说。

由于供需契合度较高,农业植保领域被认为是最具前景的专业无人机市场之一。据介绍,大疆2016年3月份开始销售MG-1多旋翼植保机,至去年9月发货量已超过2000台。徐华滨表示,通过多旋翼植保无人机喷洒农药,在效率、技术、成本、灵活性方面相比于人工喷药、直升机和固定翼无人机喷洒都有明显的优势。

他解释说,中国农民人均耕种面积小,植保机械化程度低,而农村劳动力短缺又使得提升农业植保效率非常重要。农用植保无人机在效率和成本上均能很好地满足这种需求。不过后来在应用中发现,植保无人机的维护、让农民接受无人机和合格飞手严重短缺是这个市场在规模化的过程中要解决的挑战。

为了解决农业植保无人机的维护问题,大疆后来把农业植保机售后维修点由总部,慢慢铺开到了30个省市自治区,最多的一个省设有十几个维修点。另外,在飞手供应方面,大疆的UTC慧飞无人机应用培训中心专门开设农业植保培训课程,也协助专业的植保无人机飞手队通过大疆农业的公众号直接接单。

存在不确定性

此前调查机构IDC曾预测,预计到2023年,中国民用无人机各细分应用领域的市场份额分别为:消费级及航拍无人机市场200亿元,农业植保硬件销售160亿元,农业植保服务485亿元,巡检、森林防火、警用安防等领域共计131.9亿元,合计976.9亿元。

而调查机构Gartner预计,2017年商用无人机出货量为17.4万台,是民用无人机的6.1%;但总营收有望能达到36.9亿美元,比个人消费市场高出56%;民用与商用无人机的出货量和销售额都将会持续上升。

不过徐华滨表示,他没办法对未来的市场规模做出预测,因为行业无人机的监管、技术发展和商业模式都存在巨大的不确定性。

另外,据他透露,大疆去年年中开始发展无人机系统集成商渠道,现在在全球已经有约200家合作机构。主要方式是联合推出针对某一个专门用途的解决方案,例如与Bentley Systems合作,为建筑师、工程师等施工人员和业主运营商提供促进基础设施设计、施工和运营的综合软件解决方案;与内地一家企业一起推出天然气巡检无人机解决方案等等。

“整个无人机行业都还处在刚起步不久的阶段,目前大疆行业无人机在中国内地和海外同步推进中。”徐华滨说。
