　　[环球时报—环球网报道 记者 姚丽娟]乐天集团28日同韩国中国国防部正式签署“萨德”换地协议。近来不少中国民众表示要抵制乐天。环球时报-环球网记者28日在中国外交部例行记者会上询问中国政府是否会对乐天集团采取惩戒措施？中国外交部发言人耿爽回应说，我们对韩方罔顾中方利益关切，执意配合美方加紧推进“萨德”反导系统部署进程表示坚决反对和强烈不满。中方反对在韩部署“萨德”系统的意志是坚定的，将坚决采取必要措施维护自身安全利益。我们强烈敦促有关方面正视中方利益和关切，停止相关部署进程，不要在错误道路上越走越远。中方已经就有关最新事态两次向韩方提出了严正交涉。

　　耿爽表示，关于中国民众的态度，我想有关方面对中国民众反对美韩部署“萨德”系统的立场是十分清楚的，想必他们也注意到近来中国民众的呼声。

　　耿爽说，关于中国政府的态度，我们曾多次说过，中方欢迎外国企业来华投资兴业并始终尊重和保护外国企业在华的合法权益。同时我们也强调，有关企业在华经营必须合法合规。外国企业在华经营成功与否，要由中国市场和中国消费者决定。

　　据韩联社报道，韩国中国国防部28日表示，与乐天集团签署了有关确保部署“萨德”用地的易地协议。根据协议，乐天向韩中国国防部出让星州高球场，中国国防部将南杨州市军用地块转让给乐天。报道称，韩国中国国防部有关人士28日表示，鉴于确保“萨德”用地的换地协议签署完毕，中国国防部将努力缩短部署耗时，尽快完成部署。

　　乐天集团不久前传出决定要给“萨德”反导系统让地的消息后，引发中国舆论对乐天的猛烈抨击，不少中国民众呼吁自发抵制乐天。环球时报旗下环球网2月19日进行的调查显示，95.3%的网友表示，如果乐天签署换地协议，将支持抵制乐天。韩媒预计，随着韩国中国国防部与乐天正式签署换地协议，“萨德”部署向前迈出一大步，预计中方的反对将变得更加激烈。与此同时，仍有部分星州居民坚决反对“萨德”落户，甚至表示将阻止施工建材运进星州高球场。

　　乐天自1994年进入中国市场以来，其业务范围已覆盖在食品、零售、旅游、石化、建设、制造、金融、服务等众多领域。截至2015年12月，乐天集团各部门已在中国24个省和直辖市开展业务。目前乐天在中国有超过100家超市，5家百货商店，而该集团在首尔的乐天免税店更是主要面向中国游客，其销售额的70%来自中国游客。由于“萨德”部署计划遭到中国强烈反对，此前就曾有乐天集团的工作人员对媒体表示，担心其涉华业务会因“萨德”用地一事遭受影响，甚至可能会引发中国民众的罢买抵制行动。但乐天坚称，“在涉及国家安全的问题上应向政府提供配合”。
