中国青年网3月3日北京电 （记者 张瑞宇）3月2日，中国少年儿童文化艺术基金会举办“女童保护”中国两会代表委员座谈会，座谈会上发布了《女童保护2016年性侵儿童案件统计及儿童防性侵教育调查报告》，报告显示2016年发生儿童被性侵案件数量433起，受害人778人，比2015年增加93起。报告主要分，相关数据发布和儿童保护防性侵教育现状两部分。同时，代表、专家、委员就“如何预防儿童被性侵”，及“如何做好儿童被性侵案件后期治理”举办了主题座谈会。

报告发布 农村曝光首次高于城镇 儿童缺乏防性侵教育
报告称，被性侵的儿童以7-14岁的中小学生居多。2016年儿童被性侵案件比2015年增长3成，据统计，2016年433起案件中共778名儿童被性侵，其中719人是女童，占92%，男童案件仍不容忽视。
而去年发生的433起案件中，7-14岁受害人居多，农村曝光首次高于城镇。
在案件数量统计中，其中熟人作案占7成，家庭成员作案须引起重视。而其中易于接触儿童的从业者作案占比高，作案人与受害儿童关系主要有“朋友关系，教师关系，家庭关系”。
统计显示，发生的儿童被性侵的案件中，超六成作案者为多次作案，一人性侵多名儿童占14%。而这样的案件具有隐蔽性，且在外界干预下才会被终止，情况严重。
对于儿童保护防性侵教育现状，近七成家长没有对孩子进行过系统的防性侵教育。
报告显示，女童保护对中国31个省份9151人填写的问卷显示，儿童防性侵教育的现状主要表现为，70%的家长没有对儿童进行防性侵教育。41.37%的家长在教育孩子过程中，从未提过防性侵教育知识，近9成的儿童从未上过防性侵的课程。绝大多数家长希望学校对孩子进行防性侵教育，而家庭监护需加强，儿童对熟人警惕性较弱。报告同时显示，儿童防性侵教育女性参与度更活跃。
