　　王洪光委员的话掷地有声，火花四溅，立刻成为媒体报道的热点，在舆论场上引起一片激荡。各种各样的解读都有，有人讥刺说是“嘴炮”的，有人说是“鹰派”的，更多的是感到“愕然”：还有这么说话的军人？他这么敢说？

　　确实，王洪光是个有个性的军人，对于台湾问题，一直非常关注，也发表了不少让某些人“不适”的硬话，在舆论场也受到过各种各样的批评。作为军人，只要不违反原则，在法律范围内，在军队纪律范围内，在自己权利范围内，说出自己认为没错的话，应该没有什么问题。

　　作为政协委员，他当然有表达自己观点的权利。作为军人，他一直研究台湾问题，也应该清楚我们对台湾问题的底线。中国军人并不好战，但永不惧战。台湾作为历史遗留问题，被美国作为一张战略牌在打，隔三差五，总会弄出一些事来。而台岛内的一些“台独”分子，也在不断叫嚣鼓噪。早在2000年，《解放军报》就亮出了我们的底线，义正辞严地发表声明：“台独”即意味战争。这一点，想必有些人还印象深刻吧。美韩部署萨德系统，打破东北亚战略平衡，又说在日本、台湾部署，打造反导链条，其用意之险恶，不言自明。对这样的动作，我们岂能坐视不管，甘为鱼肉？

　　所以，对王洪光委员的讲话，不必大惊小怪，也不必过度解读，他不是军队的新闻发言人，可以理解是他个人的观点。对他的话也不能掐掉前提、断章取义，只抛出部分观点来瞎议论、乱炒作。对台湾地区，中国的政策一直非常清晰，“九二共识”是基础，不独是底线。如果正像王洪光委员所说的，美台在台部署进攻性武器，包括具有战略进攻性的萨德系统，且不说美国的用意如司马昭之心，我们要问的是台湾当局想干什么？你玩火自焚，挑衅大陆，如果还对你听之任之，那还有什么尊严？还有什么威慑？那样置中华民族的利益于何地？

　　可以把王洪光委员的话，理解成警告。底线，底线，底线，重要的事情说三遍。王洪光委员的“硬话”到底是不是“嘴炮”，就让时间来检验吧。台湾地区的某些人，最好三思而后行。王洪光委员的这些话或许无足轻重，但坚决反对分裂的大陆民意的份量却重若千钧，这还需要怀疑吗？
