记者了解到，李某某是一名毕业于湖南某重点高校的本科生，毕业后因为一直没找到顺心的工作，便赋闲在家。2016年8月，李某某的老乡谭某某找到他，称可以为他介绍一份好工作。之后，李某某便跟随谭某某来到宁乡一处隐蔽的房子内。
李某某供述，进入房间后，他看到里面有几名男子，每个人都拿着一台手机，面前还摆着两个笔记本。谭某某告诉他，这是一份只需要“说话”的工作，只要打够200个电话，就能赚钱，如果有人“上钩”，还有不菲的提成。
随后，当着他的面，谭某某演示了一遍过程，就是打电话用方言冒充他人行骗。随后，谭某某给了他两个本子，一本是电话本，一本是“话术本”。

方言诈骗更具欺骗性
“这是一个专业的‘方言版’电话诈骗团伙，成员来自中国多地。”宁乡县公安局反通讯网络诈骗侦查中队中队长周游介绍，该诈骗团伙成员来自黑龙江、湖北及湖南等多个地方，共诈骗近300万元。
