关于假冒伪劣，我们的态度
前日，我们注意到人大代表政协委员关于惩治中国假冒伪劣现象的呼吁；今日，我们读到了马云先生的微博全文。从这场对话中，我们看到了中国企业界在打击假冒伪劣、维护消费者权益、保护创新基础的决心和共识。
今天在中国企业家俱乐部内部，这场对话引发了热议，我们共识如下：
一，这场对话反映出中国企业家的良知，反映出中国主流商业力量的思考。马云先生的博文，关心的不是企业利益，而是创新基石和国家未来，他呼吁上下同心，推动法治进程打造“天下无假”时代；两会代表委员的呼声反映出各界人士对假冒伪劣的鞭笞和治理之心切；
二，市场经济三十余年，绝大部分企业靠诚信经营创造商业价值。而今，假冒伪劣已经严重影响到企业的合法经营，更严重的是伤害了中国商业的创新基础，使得企业研发投入和创新意愿受阻，这将长期伤害中国经济的竞争力，伤害一个民族的长期繁荣。
三，我们呼吁企业界坚守诚信，坚持从商正道，在任何时候向假冒伪劣说不，不制假不售假，不与售假企业合作；我们呼吁政府重视提高制售假货的违法成本，推动司法进程；我们呼吁社会各界支持合法的产品和价值创造。
四，我们深知，治理假货是一个长期、艰难的过程。我们企业界责无旁贷，也永远不会停下脚步。

为马云的微博喝彩！
一，这篇微博是一篇伐假的檄文。在此以前，人们总以为阿里平台是假货的纵容者，有了这个檄文先表明了阿里本身的立场和态度。打铁还需自身硬。我认为这也代表了中国有良知的民营企业家的态度。
二，酒驾之所以能杜绝，是社会和政府深刻认识到其危害，严格执法，不分权贵。而制服酒驾，一般来说比网购打假要难，网购中售假的人虽多但多是平民，而酒驾者中常有权贵，以求豁免，令执法者为难。酒驾都能制住，网购打假做一定能够实行。
三，假货的危害，的确会危害到社会的存在。一个三聚氰胺，几乎毁了整个牛奶行业。足球造假，就毁了整个中国足球。如更多的行业造假，就比雾霾更可怕，不但毁了众多的行业，毁了网购，而且会毁了诚信，毁了中国的立国之本。
四，我觉得这是个大事，CEC不但要大力转发马云主席的微博。而且应该以CEC组织的名义，表达中国企业界的态度。
