The KPMG report: the next four years, most likely to challenge Silicon Valley-Silicon Valley, Shanghai, Shanghai-IT information

调查还显示,逾三分之一的全球和中国高管均认为企业创新总监的角色最适合于领导企业的创新战略,其次才是研发部门和资讯总监。

策略规划、业务单位和智囊机构/孵化器在全球范围内都被看作是创新的源泉。美国的调查结果也类似,例外的是其在前三个要素中有“企业发展”,而中国的受访者则将信息技术和研发机构列为前两个创新的源泉。

另外,调查还重点指出,美国和中国发现物联网、机器人、人工智能/认知运算和生物特征识别技术属于颠覆性技术,这些技术将会推动业务和行业的转型。同时,金融服务和科技行业被认为最有潜力从运用人工智能和认知运算中获利。

查玮亮补充道:“在未来一年中,世界会意识到人工智能将极大地改变我们所从事的所有事情。例如,亚洲对于人工智能的投资与日俱增。2017年投资者对人工智能的感叹将会是:‘如果不对其进行投资,你将坐失良机。’”

在挑战方面,技术难度、资金和风险管理等将继续是全球范围内技术创新商业化的主要障碍。获得资金对寻求创新的公司而言仍是主要的限制,而全球科技巨头却大多将平台整合视为是一项局限。
