热血院士叶培建发话：“宇宙就是个海洋，月亮就是钓鱼岛，火星就是黄岩岛，我们现在能去我们不去，后代子孙要怪我们。别人去了，别人占下来了，你再想去都去不了。这一条理由就够了。”
叶培建今年72岁了，是中国政协委员、中国科学院院士、嫦娥系列各型号总指挥和总设计师顾问。
叶培建说，早在2007年，他们就有了探测火星的想法，如果当时好好规划，最晚2013年，中国就能奔向火星了。
然而直到现在，中国也未能成功探测火星。
在3月6日晚播出的央视《东方时空》节目中，叶培建解释说，这是因为当年“汇报不同意”。
