中国电信集团公司原党组书记、董事长常小兵涉嫌受贿一案，经中国最高人民检察院指定，由河北省人民检察院侦查终结后移送河北省保定市人民检察院审查起诉。近日，保定市人民检察院已向保定市中级人民法院提起公诉。检察机关起诉指控：被告人常小兵利用其担任邮电部电信总局副局长、中国联合通信有限公司董事长、中国联合网络通信集团有限公司董事长等职务上的便利，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人巨额财物，依法应当以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。
