正义网北京3月17日电（宋书敏）据中国最高人民检察院官方网站消息，日前，中国最高人民检察院经审查决定，依法对广东省委原常委、珠海市委原书记李嘉以涉嫌受贿罪立案侦查并采取强制措施。案件侦查工作正在进行中。
纵容亲属利用其职权谋取巨额利益
2016年3月，李嘉接受组织调查；时隔一年，李嘉严重违纪被“双开”。
经查，李嘉严重违反政治纪律和政治规矩，阳奉阴违、结党营私、拉帮结派，进行非组织活动；对中央八项规定精神置若罔闻，顶风违纪，用公款进行高消费娱乐活动，用公款安排家属及他人旅游，多次接受私营企业主安排的旅游，在公务接待中搞奢靡之风；严重违反组织纪律，在组织谈话函询时不如实说明问题，篡改本人档案并向组织提供虚假说明，违规选拔任用干部；严重违反廉洁纪律，纵容和默许亲属利用其职权和职务上的影响谋取巨额利益，搞权色交易、钱色交易；严重违反工作纪律，滥用职权，造成不良影响；利用职务上的便利为他人谋取利益并收受财物，涉嫌受贿犯罪。

广东已有4名省部级官员被查，除李嘉之外的另外3人分别是广州原市委书记万庆良、广东省政协原主席朱明国、广东省原副省长刘志庚。李嘉与万庆良、朱明国、朱泽君均有不同程度交集。2016年9月，万庆良一审被判处无期徒刑；11月，朱明国一审被判死缓；2017年2月24日，刘志庚受贿案一审开庭。
