  新京报快讯(记者 李丹丹)去年冬季到今年春季,H7N9禽流感疫情在中国多地出现。此次疫情中该病毒出现了一些新的特点,那么H7N9是否已经或者将来会成为一个“超级病毒”?对此,中国疾病预防控制中心今日表示,答案是否定的。


  H7N9禽流感病毒从2013年春季暴发以来,共经历了5个发病高峰,与前4波相比,第5波疫情中病例数显著增加、波及范围更广、散发程度更高。此外,在部分地区的病例、活禽市场以及环境样本中发现了对禽高致病性的H7N9禽流感病毒变异株;个别毒株对达菲、帕拉米韦等药物的敏感性降低。


  那么,H7N9是否已经或者将来会成为一个“超级病毒”?中疾控对此表示,答案是否定的。


  中疾控解释称,与其它亚型禽流感病毒类似,H7N9病毒主要通过直接接触活禽或暴露于活禽相关环境后感染人。直接接触活禽包括在未采取有效防护的情况下,用手触碰活禽或鲜杀禽的禽体或其血液、内脏、禽蛋、分泌物、排泄物等生物物质。暴露于活禽相关环境通常指曾到过有活禽活动或存在活禽相关污染的场所,例如活禽交易市场或活禽售卖摊点等。H7N9病毒目前并不具备季节性流感病毒那种持续的人际传播能力,尚不会造成流感大流行。


  因此,目前虽然出现个别H7N9毒株对神经氨酸酶类药物(如达菲,帕拉米韦等)耐药,但绝大多数H7N9禽流感病毒对此类药物是敏感的,此类药物仍是临床治疗H7N9的有效药物。此外,世卫组织在2月底结束的全球流感疫苗推荐会上更新了H7N9疫苗株,为应对H7N9提早进行准备。


  值得注意的是,去年入冬以来人感染H7N9禽流感疫情较往年大幅度上升,为了有效降低人群的活禽或其相关环境暴露风险,中国多个省份针对活禽市场、活禽经营和禽类调运采取了严格措施,相关地区疫情防控效果明显。


  不过,中疾控提醒,人群对H7N9病毒没有免疫力,而H7N9病毒感染后导致的高比例重症病例和高死亡率严重危害人民生命健康安全,因此必须一直对其保持警惕,只有持续推进现代化养殖、提高生物安全管理水平、关闭活禽市场以及改变销售模式等,方有可能从源头上防止人感染禽流感病毒
