央广网北京3月17日消息（记者肖源）据中国之声《新闻纵横》报道，这两天，中国之声关注了大量日本核辐射区食品流入中国的事件。中国政府主管部门早在2011年，就明令禁止核辐射区的日本十个都县的食品、农产品进入中国销售。但近期仍有一些电商平台公开售卖这些日本进口食品。目前，多数电商平台对涉嫌来自日本核辐射区的食品，作了下架处理。中国外交部发言人华春莹昨天（16日）表示，再次敦促日本政府及时披露准确可靠信息。
前天晚间，香港海豚发布官方声明称，针对媒体曝出的涉嫌销售日本核辐射区食品一事，向消费者致歉，已在第一时间将日本食品全线下架，对此前售出的相关食品进行追回，并已着手进行赔付。阿里巴巴、苏宁易购等电商平台也开始清查下架日本辐射区食品。京东、亚马逊中国、虹领巾等电商平台上，也找不到涉嫌来自日本核辐射区的食品。淘宝上搜索“卡乐比”，显示“根据相关法律法规和政策，无法显示该宝贝”。

据深圳市市场稽查局工作人员介绍，目前，他们查获的涉嫌来自日本核辐射区的食品，种类繁多。“这个和光堂奶粉的制造者叫和光堂株式会社，注册地址在枥木县，枥木县就属于十个禁止进口地区之一。白米饭是北海道产的大米，但撕开中文标签可以看到，制造商是佐藤食品株式工业会社，地址在新泻市东区保町。”
而这一现象，也正在从线上到线下蔓延。此前记者调查，无印良品的食品专柜，中文标签只注明产于日本，且完全覆盖了日文标签。而日文标签则有东京都的字样，而东京都，正是中国禁止进口的十个日本都县之一。
无印良品公司昨天发布声明辩称，公司的食品均符合中国的法律法规，有相关的报检报关手续。东京都只是母公司名称及法定注册地，而不是媒体所误解的食品产地。而上海市出入境检验检疫局也确认了这一说法，称经核查无印良品的进口记录，没有发现有来自于日本核辐射地区的产品。
但此前，无论面对记者暗访，还是面对执法人员明查，无印良品实体店的销售人员、甚至包括店长在内的人都表示，不清楚这些食品具体的生产都县。
无印良品某店店长告诉记者：“不清楚，因为我们这边只负责销售，进货、放货、送货都不负责，所有的都是总部那边给的，所以你要问我我也不知道。
当记者询问“包装后面写的贩壳者是东京都，这是什么意思？”时，无印良品某店店长表示，这个不清楚。
消费者有权知悉其购买、使用的商品真实情况，有权根据商品不同情况，要求经营者提供商品的产地、生产者等有关情况，这是法律赋予消费者的一项最基本权利。作为经营者，明知国家对日本部分地区的食品有禁止性规定，在外包装上没有详细注明，且经销人员对具体产地一问三不知。这恐怕不是对消费者负责的态度。
目前，深圳市市场稽查局已经对涉嫌售卖来自日本核辐射区食品的一百多家营业主体，正式立案调查。
深圳市市场稽查局局长吴兵提醒消费者，在购买相关进口食品时，应当谨慎。首先，要打消进口食品就一定比中国国产食品安全或者质量优的惯性思维；其次，消费者要学会一些基础知识来保护自己，对进口食品，除了要看是否有检验检疫证明以外，还可以对产品成分、产地等进行了解，可以登录相关的官方网站进行查询，如果发现是国家禁止进口的产地，就要保持谨慎。
