　　一、中午就餐情况

　　3月16日中午，册山街道中心小学食堂给学生提供的主食是包子、豆汁。包子馅是芹菜、猪肉；芹菜是3月15日购进，当晚摘叶备用，16日清洗加工；猪肉是3月15日购进，并存放在冰柜里，16日加工成馅料；面粉是从兴达面粉厂购进，票证齐全无过期，16日发酵做成包子皮。豆汁是3月15日泡发豆子，3月16日用豆浆机加工成豆汁，供应给学生饮用。

　　二、事件处置情况

　　3月16日，册山街道中心小学29名学生在午餐结束约20分钟后，陆续出现不明原因的呕吐、肚痛情况。班主任见此情景立即向学校领导作了紧急汇报。学校高度重视，马上启动食品安全应急预案，迅速将29名学生送到册山街道医院进行治疗。在此过程中，学校教干和有关教师全程陪护，并及时向罗庄区食品药品监督管理局、教育体育局等有关部门作了情况汇报。上述29名学生在医院输液后呕吐、肚痛症状消失，于当天下午5：00左右全部回到各自家中。

　　事件发生后，区政府有关领导第一时间内赶往册山街道，详细听取了学校有关情况汇报及医院治疗情况报告，并对跟踪走访、善后抚慰等工作作了具体部署。区教体局、区食药监局、区卫计局等有关领导深入学校食堂，对食品留样、进货票证、仓储原料等进行了详细检查，并采集样本带回检验，以便查明学生呕吐原因。

　　当天下午放学后，学校召开了全体教干、班主任参加的专题会议，安排办公室人员和有关班主任到学生家中进行了走访看望和安抚慰问，29名学生已全部恢复正常，未再出现症状反复。

　　本次事件，说明了册山街道中心小学在从严从实从细抓好校园安全工作方面做得不全面、不到位，学生食堂管理存在疏漏，食品安全工作还有盲点。3月17日上午，罗庄区教育体育局召开全区学校幼儿园后勤管理工作紧急会议，通报册山街道中心小学事件，举一反三，部署开展为期两个月的全区学校幼儿园食品安全大检查工作。对于学校和有关责任人，罗庄区教育体育局将在调查结果公布后，依照有关规定进行追责并严肃处理。

　　作为全区教育主管部门，罗庄区教育体育局将深入落实安全生产工作“一岗双责”制度，不断完善校园安全工作机制，继续加大安全工作跟进指导、随机督查、评估考核、责任追究力度，教育引导、激励督促各学校、幼儿园从本次事件中汲取教训，引以为戒，举一反三，强化安全管理，全面排查隐患，及时堵塞漏洞，不断优化育人环境，着力创建平安校园。
