新京报快讯（记者王煜）通过招考获得事业编制已经7个月，湖南邵东县162名2016年新进教师却只能收到4个月工资。今日（3月20日）上午，湖南邵东县教育局向新京报记者回复此事称，事因新教师入编时，相关手续尚未办理完结。涉事教师工资将于近日全额补发，工龄也将从2016年9月起计算。
近日，湖南邵东县一位不愿具名的教师向新京报记者反映，2016年邵东全县共通过教师公开招考，录取162名新教师，并全部进入事业编制。招考自2016年4月份起，至当年8月底，新教师收到教育局通知，要求其到相应学校上岗。上述教师称，162名新入编教师上岗已7个月，却只收到4个月工资。曾有教师向邵东县教育局反映，收到回复称，新教师的财政入编工资自2016年12月份开始计算，9、10、11月份为“教师主动要求代课”。
邵东县教育局一名工作人员确认，2016年新入编教师工资出现迟发等现象，“总得来说是我们协调没搞好”，并称从个人角度“很同情”。上述工作人员介绍，新教师入编聘用程序，在12月9日才全部完成，因此，工资应当从12月1日起计算。
新京报（微信公号ID：bjnews_xjb）记者获得的一份情况说明显示，邵东县教育局对这一计算方式解释为，因9月份需要开学，部分学校急需教师，因此将162名新教师派往各学校”先行代课”。
对此，邵东县教育局承诺，新教师9至11月份工资，将按照12月份财政打卡标准补发，所有新教师工龄，也从2016年9月份开始计算。
