“我也觉得自己不务正业”
很多人眼里，直播并不是一份正当的工作，长久以来，直播平台的野蛮式生长，让色情、低俗、无下限等这些标签伴随左右，就算是游戏类主播，水平差的妹子也总比不少大神级的男生更有人气。

做主播每天的期待就是粉丝能多刷几个礼物，因为那就意味着当天的人气高，分得的钱也就多。有一天一个粉丝接连送了姗姗3个价值500元人民币的礼物，这种被人欣赏的感觉让她兴奋了好久。
主播的收入一般分为三个部分，一是经纪公司或平台给的底薪，大部分公司给出的价格是三到四千；二是粉丝打赏的平台礼物，这部分要和公司及平台分成，主播自己到手四成左右，这部分因人而异差距巨大；三是公司会安排一些秀场或其他工作，类似于出场费，数百到数千不等。
在同一家公司这样的主播还有十几个，都是像姗姗这样20出头的小姑娘，每天睡到自然醒，然后到公司开始做直播。这些年轻的主播大都入行不到一年，然而初始的新鲜感已经开始逐渐消磨，她们对于自己的未来，也没有太多规划，眼前还不错的收入和自由的工作环境，让她们远比其他行业的同龄人活得潇洒。不少人表示：“以后肯定会换个工作的，不过现在反正没其他地方好去，先这样做着吧，赚的钱也够花。”
有部手机就能当主播
直播平台经过多年的发展，目前主播数量已经不计其数，从事主播经纪的杨志泰进入这个行业已经7年时间，对于行业的变化也看在眼里。
“早期像新浪秀、9158之类的平台都是以播娱乐内容为主，除了要有专门的场所和设备，主播也要有一定的才艺，那个时候主播更像是一些小的艺人，公司还会对这些主播进行一定的培训，当时做主播还是有门槛的。”杨志泰说，那时候的主播一般都掌握在一些经纪公司和公会里。
随着电子竞技的发展，关注游戏内容的人越来越多，加上不少电竞选手在退役之后转型困难，当主播成了一条简单快捷的出路，这个时期战旗、虎牙等直播平台开始崛起，也吸引了大量的资本。
而现在，你只要有台手机就能当主播了，几乎就是零门槛。
直播平台如雨后春笋般冒出，开放的用户注册体系使得任何一个人都可以成为一个主播，直播内容也千奇百怪，吃饭、睡觉、甚至只是坐着聊聊天都有人看。
杨志泰告诉钱报记者，“会付费的基本是两类人，一种是那些大神的粉丝，偶尔消费就当支持偶像，这种在电竞行业比较多，他们消费的频率和数额比较低，但是基数大。另一种大都是手里有闲钱的三四线城市的小老板，大都是看一些美女、猎奇等泛娱乐类的直播，这种出手就会比较大方，我们会有人专门维护这类经常消费的客户，如果我们换平台了会招呼这些客户去新的平台消费，我这里有个客户最多的时候一个月给主播打赏了100多万。”
据第三方分析机构2016年发布的多份报告显示，目前中国市场上共生长着200多家直播公司，其中，网络直播的市场规模约为90亿，网络直播平台用户数量已经达到2亿，同时进行直播的房间数量超过3000个。
拿高薪的不多，交税的很少
随着一份“主播收入3.9亿补税6000万”消息的爆出，主播行业的收入问题再次变得敏感起来，主播行业的一些内幕也浮出水面。
从法律关系来说，主播一般分为三类，一种是签约模式，网络主播与直播平台或者“公会”签订劳动合同，主播为公司服务，平台则向其支付一定劳动报酬；第二种是合伙分成模式，直播平台与主播有协议，双方约定分成比例。“这两种其实数量都不多，一般都是比较优质的资源才会这么做。” 杨志泰说道。
据一份调研显示，33.1%的网络主播月收入500元以下，14.6%的网络主播月收入500~1000元，15.9%的网络主播月收入1000~2000元，18.0%的网络主播月收入2000~5000元，不到一成的网络主播月收入5000元~1万元，不到一成的网络主播月收入万元以上。这些收入低于5000的基本上都属于第三类。
杨志泰透露，经纪公司一般很少会和这些主播签雇佣合同，一家经纪公司往往会和五六百个主播有合作，如果都签雇佣合同的话，光社保这一块的成本就会达到很高的数额。“另外说实话，主播们多数也不愿意这样做，因为有雇佣关系的话将意味着要通过公司缴纳个人所得税，而现在他们与公司之间只有合作关系，对个人来说受到的约束和监管比较小，赚多赚少都是自己的，不交税的也很常见，这也是现在业内普遍存在的问题。”
另外，不少直播平台本身资质也不正规，更别提会有完善的财务制度，圈一波钱就跑的事儿也不少，就在今年2月份，据媒体报道，曾估值5亿的光圈直播倒闭，还欠下300万元左右的员工薪资。
随着直播平台自身发展的需要，平台逐渐意识到财务、税费等引发的法律问题，在规则上也日益趋于正规化，但是对于数量庞大，人员变动频繁的那部分个人主播，其监管难度依旧很大。（张峰 ）
