　　本报讯3月17日，在海关总署缉私局统一指挥部署下，南京海关缉私局组织开展专项整治“外国垃圾”联合行动（蓝天行动）第二战役，打掉一个长期盘踞在江苏、山东、浙江等地的走私固体废物犯罪团伙，抓获犯罪嫌疑人1名，查证涉嫌走私废塑料550余吨。

　　当天9时，南京海关缉私局出动警力20余名，分为两个行动小组，在山东青岛、浙江宁波等地，对杨某某、王某某、山东莱州某公司、青岛某公司走私团伙利用他人许可证走私固体废物案件开展集中收网查缉行动，搜查扣押大批书证、物证和电子存储介质。

　　经查，2013年—2015年间，为牟取非法利益，山东莱州某公司、青岛某公司和两位犯罪嫌疑人（已另案处理）合谋，由两公司负责提供《限制进口类可用作原料的固体废物进口许可证》，由两位犯罪嫌疑人等从青岛口岸以一般贸易方式，将大量废塑料走私进口并销售牟利。目前，该案正在进一步侦办中。

　　南京海关表示，海关将进一步加大与环保、质检、公安等相关执法部门的联系配合，强化打击走私固体废物违法活动，坚决将“外国垃圾”堵在国门之外，全力保障国家生态环境安全和人民群众生命健康。
