　　有报道说，日本最大的军舰“出云”号5月份将赴南海。“出云”号对中国人民来说并不陌生，它的原始舰是用《马关条约》的赔款购置，1932年“一·二八事变”爆发，“出云”号奉命停泊在上海江面，成为旧日本海军第一外遣舰队旗舰，参加了多次战役。“八一三”淞沪会战前后，“出云”号担任侵华日本海军的旗舰用大炮猛烈轰击中国军队阵地，掩护日军进攻；它还轰击上海的工厂、学校、民房等，造成中国人民生命和财产巨大损失。可以说，“出云”号罪行累累。

　　当时，中国抗日英雄高志航等一批空军飞行员喊出的口号，就是“一定要炸掉‘出云’舰！”中国空军“四大金刚”之一的乐以琴曾驾机撞击“出云”号，以身殉国；海军英雄安其邦曾率领“史102”快艇偷袭“出云”号，使其遭到重创。但最后抢得头筹的是美军，1945年7月24日“出云”号被美军炸沉，结束了它罪恶的一生。未能亲自炸沉“出云”号战舰，是中国军队的一大遗憾。
