　　数天培训收费动辄过万

　　中公教育一名面试培训老师告诉记者，就培训机构来说，当前公考培训的成本无非是广告费用、教师工资、机构场地租金等。但是，单就面试一项，选择在酒店进行封闭式的面试培训基本上成为行业内规则，所以酒店的食宿租金在面试培训中是一大笔开支。然而，记者采访了解到，食宿成本在培训总收费中占比并不大。

　　工资广告租金助推“天价”

　　既然面试培训期间考生的食宿费在面试培训费中占比不大，那么各类“天价”培训费究竟是如何产生的呢？

　　中公教育一名面试培训老师告诉记者，除了培训期间学员的食宿开支外，广告费用、教师工资、机构场地租金等对面试培训班的“天价”费用起到了更大的助推作用。“最近几年教师的福利待遇相对提升了不少，不然留不住人才。另外，师资培训这一块也很费钱，所有人每年都需要到北京总部培训，包吃包住，成本也不小。”

　　“有些资深面试培训老师一天的工资可以高达五六千元。”老吴公考负责人吴红民说，尤其是到了国考、省考这种面试培训高峰期，各培训机构的老师基本不够用，培训机构需要聘请更多的老师，师资成本自然很高。此外，淡季的师资成本也需要在旺季弥补。现在培训机构的老师基本都是长期聘用，机构不管有没有生意都要给老师们发工资。
