每天在地铁上昏昏欲睡、哈欠连天,晚上倒在床上却难以入睡,这是北京白领李驰的生活常态。34岁的他现在是北京一家外企的职员,相比于加薪升职,如今,他更希望自己每天能早点下班睡个好觉。

“一天睡够8小时是奢望,在单位经常加班到10点以后,躺在床上已经是12点,感觉整个人都木了,又不能马上睡着。”李驰对记者说,自己已经记不清上次睡到自然醒是什么时候的事,在刚刚过去的一周,因为加班,他每天平均睡眠时间只有5小时。

在上海一家民营企业工作的何雅珍面临类似的困扰。

“上了一天班,回家躺在床上很累,但就是不想睡,刷刷手机就到12点以后了,几乎每天如此。”何雅珍说。

李驰与何雅珍都不过是众多中国年轻人的一个缩影。

近期一份反映中国人失眠状况的“失眠地图”走红网络,这份名为《2017年中国网民失眠地图》的调查报告显示,来自中国362个城市的8567份有效问卷中,近八成的参与者曾有失眠经历,其中上海占比最高,达87.76%,广州、长沙、北京、深圳等城市紧随其后,一线城市成为“缺觉重灾区”。

而另一份由中国睡眠研究会发布的《2017中国青年睡眠现状报告》给出的结果也不乐观——在近6万10岁至45岁的被调查者中,76%的受访者表示入睡困难,其中超过13%的人甚至感觉处在痛苦状态,只有24%的受访者表示睡眠整体状况不错。

是什么夺走了我们的睡眠?

李驰说,“没时间睡觉”是最主要的原因。但对于在北京当公务员的28岁女孩杨淼来说,失眠更多是来自于精神上的压力。

“平时工作突发情况比较多,搞得自己很紧张,睡不好。好不容易盼到休息日,晚上会忍不住熬夜,早上6点钟又自动醒来了。”杨淼说,好像永远有什么事在催着自己一样,不能踏实睡觉。

杨淼的遭遇并非个例,《2017中国青年睡眠现状报告》显示,六成以上的受访者会牺牲睡眠时间来完成工作。即便加班完成了工作,他们依然不会选择睡觉,而是东翻西看,患有严重的“晚睡拖延症”,迟迟不愿意送走这一天。

此外,中国睡眠研究会工作人员认为,除了压力、焦虑、情绪低落等因素外,电子产品也是偷走中国青年睡眠的帮凶。

调查显示,93%的受访者睡前玩手机,一些平时很关注美容阅读内容的人群,凌晨2点时手机依然保持着非常活跃的状态。

“我知道这样挺无聊的,但晚上就是舍不得放下手机,晚饭后就开始玩手机,追剧、聊微信,不知不觉就到12点。”作为一名“手机依赖症”受害者,北京白领陈晶告诉记者,这几年,自己平均每晚耗费在手机上的时间都接近2个小时。

失眠究竟有多恐怖?

2015年,美国中国睡眠基金会针对不同年龄层给出了睡眠指导建议——新生儿每天睡14至17小时,3至5岁儿童睡10至13小时,6至13岁学龄儿童睡9至11小时,14至17岁青少年睡8至10小时,成年人睡7至9小时,65岁以上老人睡7至8小时。

以上述标准来衡量,包括李驰在内的很多人睡眠不达标。

《2017年中国网民失眠地图》调查显示,调研参与者中有31.84%的网民表示会有短时间出现白天昏昏沉沉没精神,晚上却又精神睡不着。

在首都医科大学宣武医院神经内科主任王玉平看来,这属于偶发性失眠的表现,而偶发性失眠属于急性失眠,会导致次日注意力下降、容易激动、疲劳乏力等症状,有可能增加交通意外,工伤等情况的发生。

此外,如果急性、偶发性失眠不及时治疗,有可能发展成亚急性或慢性失眠进而出现躯体疾病。

“失眠最主要影响白天功能,出现乏力、困倦等,而长期慢性失眠会引起心脑血管合并症,造成冠心病发病率高、高血压等等。”北京大学人民医院呼吸内科主任医师董霄松对记者解释说。

拿什么拯救我们的睡眠?

2001年,国际精神卫生和神经科学基金会将每年3月21日定为“世界睡眠日”,目的是要引起人们对睡眠重要性和睡眠质量的关注,提醒人们关注睡眠健康及质量。

在北京大学人民医院精神科主治医师曲姗看来,改善睡眠质量的措施无非简单两点——建立良好、科学的作息时间;发现持久的睡眠障碍及时到正规机构就诊。

她表示,由于引起失眠的因素也很多,如肿瘤、甲亢、药物反应、吸食毒品等,所以出现失眠症状时,应当及时就医。患者可以先到神经内科或者睡眠科等确定导致失眠的病因,如器质性病变被排除,就要考虑去精神心理科就诊,必要时要进行药物治疗。

不过,相信对于不少缺觉的年轻人来说,拯救睡眠的最好方式或许是从放下手机、早点上床睡觉开始。
