据了解,该平台的成立主要是为了让各大快递企业实现“员工黑名单”的信息共享。当一家快递企业内部开除了贩卖客户信息的工作人员后,该工作人员或将跳槽至另一家快递公司,为了实现彻底封杀此类员工的目的,各大快递公司联手,将记录在案的黑名单员工资料实现共享。实际上,这些所谓的“员工”也并不是真正意义上的快递小哥,他们大部分都是职业的“黑灰产信息贩卖”人员,流窜于不同的行业、公司,担任不同岗位。
