3月23日，记者从马来西亚政府方面获悉，昨天在马来西亚受到政府和民众热捧的马云，今天下午将在环球转型论坛上免费为创业者和年轻人开讲。马来西亚的数名内阁部长将也将参会。
主办方透露，马云的该场演讲，近3000人的场地，由于政商界和民众对马云和阿里巴巴的热捧，目前已经一票难求。而且听众来自20个不同的国家，包括政府、科技、环保、公益等21个不同领域，有15%的听众从全球各地飞来，为非马来西亚听众。
纳吉布总理去年11月在北京访问并同马云会谈时，亲自邀请马云参加该论坛压轴演讲。在马云答应后，纳吉布总理当即在北京向马来西亚和国际媒体宣布了该消息。
马云在马来西亚和全球各地的演讲，均坚持公益原则。主要是希望对创业者和年轻人有所启迪。
该论坛的开幕演讲嘉宾是纳吉布总理，马云是该论坛的压轴演讲嘉宾。牙买加飞人博尔特、维珍创始人理查德·布兰森等也分别在论坛上开讲。
