　　经突审，犯罪嫌疑人孙某供认，他为了猎捕野生动物谋取非法利益，于2016年10月末，用自制猎捕野猪绳套，在红旗林场深山内下了3个绳套，并套住1只黑熊的犯罪事实。目前，孙某因涉嫌非法猎捕、杀害珍贵、濒危野生动物罪被刑事拘留。

　　为确保国有重点林区生态安全， 自去年10月以来，黑龙江省国有林区共计破获刑事案件204起，查处林政案件4182起，刑事处罚226人，行政处罚4236人，有效打击了涉林违法犯罪活动，维护了森林及野生动植物资源安全。
