清明节，雄安新区成立的第四天，界面新闻记者来到位于安新县白洋淀的郭里口村。整个白洋淀85%的水域在安新县境内，郭里口村偏居于白洋淀的一隅，三面环水。在新区三县关于楼市的话题热火朝天之时，这个小村也正在经历一些微妙的变化。新区成立的喜悦与村民们热土难离的担忧相交织，雄安新区的东风，也悄悄吹皱白洋淀的一池春水。
安新县老码头“东关码头”，在这里乘坐渡船，二十余分钟可到达郭里口村。
东关码头上的“两违”整治工作检查站，专人轮班24小时在岗，密切关注道路过往车辆，禁止拉运水泥、沙石料钢筋等建材的车辆通过，并劝返相关车辆。
