中国一汽集团原党委书记、董事长徐建一的一套房产就在这里。
今年2月，中国一汽集团原党委书记、董事长徐建一因受贿被法院判处有期徒刑11年6个月，法院查明，2000年至2013年，徐建一直接或者间接非法收受财物1218. 974万元。
近日公开的两份判决书显示，在这1218万余元中，包括收受妻弟张强的一套位于海南三亚鹿回头半岛的住房和长春某公司法人董某送的100万装修款。徐建一的妻弟张强被法院判处有期徒刑3年，董某也因犯单位行贿罪被法院终审判处有期徒刑1年，缓刑二年。
2017年2月9日，徐建一因为受贿被北京第一中级人民法院判处有期徒刑11年6个月。
法院查明，2000年至2013年,徐建一利用担任一汽集团副总经理，中共吉林省委常委、吉林市委书记,一汽集团总经理、党委书记、董事长等职务上的便利，为长春市顺航运输有限公司法定代表人张强等在企业经营、职务调整晋升等事项上提供帮助,直接或者间接非法收受他人给予的财物共计折合人民币1218.974万元。
据记者了解，在这1218.974万元的受贿款中，便包括这套位于半山半岛小区的面积为170平米的房产。
送给徐建一这套房产的是法院在判决书中提到的“张强”，他的另一个身份是徐建一的妻弟，长春市瀚翔物流有限公司（下称长春瀚翔物流）实际控制人。（编者注：长春市顺航运输有限公司和长春市瀚翔物流有限公司的关系，下文有说明）就在徐建一被法院判刑的之后一天，长春瀚翔物流因犯单位行贿罪被法院判处罚金300万元，徐建一的妻弟张强则被判处有期徒刑3年。
法院查明的事实是，长春瀚翔物流及张强为感谢徐建一在2002年至2010年期间，为长春瀚翔物流等单位承揽一汽集团整车物流运输业务、开办汽车4S店等事项上提供的帮助，于2013年出资人民币614万余元为徐建一夫妇购买海南省三亚市半山半岛小区房产一套。
2013年1月份购买这套房时共花费了大概614余万元。
值得一提的是，长春某公司的法定代表人董某，为感谢时任一汽集团总经理、董事长徐建一2010年为该公司顺利承揽一汽集团行政事务中心主楼装修工程所提供的帮助，在2010年到2013年期间先后4次通过徐建一的妻子等人送给徐建一装修费用共计人民币100万元。
承接一汽整车物流运输业务 利润超8000万
张强从2002年开始通过徐建一获得一汽集团的物流运输业务和4S店，获得的利润则超过了8000万。
记者从公开简历了解到，徐建一大学毕业后，从中国第一汽车制造厂汽车研究所底盘设计科技术员起步，1996年12月起担任中国第一汽车集团公司副总经理，1999年2月改任常务副总经理。2003年11月曾短暂离开一汽，2007年12月重回一汽，出任总经理、党委副书记，后担任董事长、党委书记至落马。
2002年，时任中国一汽常务副总经理的徐建一准备到青岛出差，此时张强请他帮忙促进与一汽青岛厂领导之间的关系，以便承揽业务。徐建一答应了，并让张强次日中午与一汽青岛厂的领导吃饭。
当时一汽青岛厂厂长向徐建一汇报完工作后，徐建一请青岛厂厂长关照张强经营的物流公司。在饭局上，徐建一也向参加饭局的人介绍了他和张强的关系，以及张强公司业务与一汽青岛厂的关联。在座的领导均表示会关照张强。后张强的公司承接了整车物流运输业务。这项业务持续不到两年，张强获利100余万元。
据中国经营报的报道，一汽集团有三家大型物流子公司，分别是一汽物流有限公司、长春一汽国际物流公司和一汽大众物流公司。据了解，三家公司负责一汽集团成品车的物流业务整体规划，由于各种原因，三家公司通常会把大部分的商品车物流业务再外包给民营物流公司。
2002年8月，张强与别人合作成立了长春市顺航运输有限公司，后张强独立经营公司，张强请徐建一帮忙承接一汽集团的整车物流运输业务。徐建一答应后，让他直接去找一汽集团运输处处长，后张强的顺航公司获得了20辆双层运输车指标。2006年初，因为顺航公司发生事故，为规避赔偿，张强又成立了瀚翔公司，将顺航公司的资产和业务转移到瀚翔公司。在承接一汽集团整车物流运输业务上，顺航公司、瀚翔公司获得的利润大约为8000万元。
借徐建一关照开4S店获利
除了整车物流运输业务，张强还在汽车4s店上获得了徐建一的帮助。
2002年，张强与人合作在山东省济南市申办了马自达4S店，他出资100万元。张强请徐建一帮忙。徐建一向一汽轿车公司的经理打了招呼，后张强通过这名经理找到一汽马自达汽车销售有限公司的中方经理办理了审批手续。最终，马自达4S店在徐建一的关照下顺利经营。张强在一年后退股，收回260万元。
在2010年以前，奥迪4S店非常赚钱，故申办奥迪4S店很热门，条件也很严格。张强将目光又投向了奥迪4S店，2007年，张强想和人合伙在江苏省经营奥迪4S店，他再次请徐建一帮忙向一汽大众公司的领导打招呼。因一汽大众销售公司规定，申办奥迪4S店须具备轿车经营销售经验，因此，张强在申请审批时借用了南京一家汽车销售服务公司的资质，在徐建一的关照下，于2009年顺利获得审批，其中张强出资了350万元，持有10%的股份。
记者注意到，已公开的裁判文书中披露了涉案人员的证言。2009年下半年或者2010年上半年，奥迪销售部网络管理部原部长黄某接到一汽轿车销售公司原总经理的电话，告诉他说“大领导的亲戚想申请江苏泰州的奥迪4S店，你关照着，批给他。”之后他了解到“大领导”就是指的徐建一。
由于奥迪4S店的利润较高，竞争很激烈，在审批时网络部带着销售部和售后服务部的人员现场考察后，会在一个房间内打分。打分前，网络部的人员会说某一家公司是领导打过招呼的，大家在打分时就会给这家公司打出高分。网络决策委员会讨论审批时，也是依据分数，一般获得最高分的公司肯定会通过审批。可以说张强的公司能获得审批，和徐建一打招呼要求关照密不可分。
送三亚顶级小区当回报
作为徐建一在整车物流运输业务、开办汽车4S店等事项上提供帮助的回报，妻弟张强在三亚顶级小区半山半岛买下一套房送给徐建一。
2012年9月，张强对姐姐说准备购买一套房产送给她和徐建一，以感谢徐建一的关照，姐姐同意了，并与他一起到三亚市看房。当年年末，张强挑选了半山半岛六期五层的房产，价格约为650万元。
徐建一的妻子看房后非常满意，便让他购买。在张强将购房的事情告诉徐建一后，徐建一并没有明确反对。2013年1月，张强在徐建一默许后向开发商转款310万元，随后又通过公司支付了余款。这套面积约为170平米房子最终花了614万左右。
据记者了解，徐建一之所以不拒绝，是因为在他看来，张强送给他房产是为了感谢他的帮助，张强经营的汽车整车物流运输、轿车销售业务都与一汽集团相关，在张强请他帮忙时，他都向相关部门领导打了招呼，张强心存感激。
为了不引人注意，在购买这套房时，他们并没有用徐建一夫妇的名字买房，而是登记在他人名下，2013年10月，张强一家曾搬到半山半岛的房子暂住，等徐建一一家具备长期居住条件时再把房子还给他们。
2017年2月9日，徐建一被法院判处有期徒刑11年6个月，他没有机会再去住这套“面朝大海春暖花开”的房子了。
