　　一曲天山深处的反恐壮歌

　　中国公安系统一级英雄模范、自治区优秀共产党员买买提江·托乎尼牙孜就是其中之一。他用鲜血书写了公安民警铮铮誓言，践行了共产党员庄严承诺，巍巍天山响彻着一曲反对民族分裂、维护祖国统一的英雄壮歌。

　　2015年9月18日凌晨，拜城县发生一起严重暴力恐怖案件。一群暴恐分子有预谋地袭击了当地一座山区煤矿，造成多人伤亡，随后携带自制砍刀等武器逃窜到天山深处，妄图借助山区特殊地势逃避抓捕、再度实施暴恐犯罪。

　　案件发生后，党中央高度重视，自治区立即组织公安、武警和当地各族干部群众在1300多平方公里山区范围内，展开了一场史无前例的“天山大搜捕”。

　　阿克苏地区公安局副局长买买提江·托乎尼牙孜从警33年来，成功侦办破获过一系列大案要案，先后获得“中国打击恐怖活动先进个人”“全疆优秀人民警察”等荣誉称号。在这次搜捕中，他依然冲锋在前，带队在山区一线走访牧民、搜集暴恐分子动向。

　　10月13日中午，根据牧民提供的线索，买买提江·托乎尼牙孜带着民警和牧民进入山中搜查。由于地形复杂，部分牧民与队伍失散，买买提江·托乎尼牙孜担心他们的安危，便骑马沿途寻找，随后遭藏匿在山区隐秘洞穴的暴恐分子偷袭。面对突然遭遇的暴恐分子，买买提江·托乎尼牙孜一把将牧民推在身后，与暴恐分子展开殊死搏斗，最终因寡不敌众，受伤过重被劫持。

　　买买提江·托乎尼牙孜怒斥暴恐分子罪行，极力规劝他们自首，遭泯灭人性的暴恐分子残忍杀害。

　　一腔忠诚奉献的热血情怀

　　山陡沟深、林多路险、天寒地冻、空气稀薄……这是记者当时随警作战时的深刻记忆。直升机在雪山、高原、峡谷、河道、戈壁间穿行时，可见山中地形复杂，沟壑遍布、林带茂密，大部分山峰几乎呈七八十度角，山体遍布可藏身的大小洞穴、石缝、树木、草丛，搜索难度可想而知。

　　搜捕中，参战人员有的在齐胸的冰水中穿行十余次，有的不顾体力极度透支仍然坚持一线，40多人坠崖摔伤，鞋子不知磨坏了多少双。有些搜索区域只有贴着峭壁的20厘米窄道前行，下面就是万丈深渊，在执行任务中，先后有8匹运送物资的马坠崖摔死。

　　买买提江·托乎尼亚孜就是在这样严酷的条件下，带着战友发动群众搜寻暴恐分子。他天天行走在牧区羊肠牧道上，挨家挨户走访牧民，边调查边宣传教育，努力查找暴恐分子可能落脚的地点，有时天色晚了，就住在牧民羊圈里，或者席地而卧。通过艰苦细致的工作，短短时间里，暴恐团伙成员及其家族关系逐步清晰。

　　阿克苏地区公安局民警杨威的相机里有一段珍贵的视频，那是买买提江·托乎尼亚孜给战友们留下的最后一段影像。“9月27日是中秋节，山里下起了大雪，气温骤降。28日凌晨，我在营地见到了从河谷上游走来的买局长和特警、向导，他们在山里走访了一夜，身上都被雨雪淋透了。买局长给大家布置了工作，连口热水都没喝，就这样匆匆赶路了。”杨威当时心酸难忍，举起相机录下了他们在湿滑崎岖山路中渐行渐远的的坚毅背影、坚定步伐。

　　捍卫稳定安宁的反恐信念贯穿了买买提江·托乎尼亚孜的一生。买买提江·托乎尼牙孜与父亲都是警察，从警之后，在侦破每一起重大暴恐案件的危急关头，他都冲锋在一线，攻坚克难率先垂范。

　　2000年，买买提江·托乎尼亚孜与战友一起执行抓捕任务时，突然从院子里冲出一群暴徒，他们在黑暗中抢夺了一名民警的枪支。买买提江·托乎尼亚孜不顾安危，跑步追击5公里，最终在棉花地将暴徒击毙，收缴被夺枪支。

　　在33年的从警生涯中，买买提江·托乎尼亚孜侦破了一批暴恐大案、要案。

　　2012年7月，他经过认真调研，发现某村有异常迹象，他带着民警经过3个月的艰苦努力，一举打掉了两个暴恐团伙。

　　在反分裂斗争中，买买提江·托乎尼亚孜信念坚定、冲锋在前，用忠诚守卫着新疆的稳定与安宁，直至生命的最后一刻。

　　一脉薪火相传的反恐信念

　　买买提江·托乎尼亚孜用生命保护了牧民。从暴恐分子魔爪下逃脱的牧民马合木提继续积极担任警方的向导，直至暴恐分子被剿灭。“买局长的血不能白流，就算搭上我的命，也要抓住这帮败类！”

　　买买提江·托乎尼亚孜牺牲后，拜城县每天都有上万名群众不计报酬、不怕困难，自发参与搜捕和围捕。记者采访时见证了牧民们带着红袖标、举着红旗，浩浩荡荡进山搜捕的场景——他们白天啃一口干馕充饥、晚上点起篝火御寒，每10米一堆篝火，每一到两米一个人，用一道道人墙、一条条火龙，封死了暴恐分子的出路。

　　众志成城，除恶务尽。买买提江·托乎尼亚孜的反恐信念在薪火相传，引领更多的人勇往直前。

　　温宿县公安局政委吐鲁洪·毛来克与买买提江·托乎尼亚孜一起长大、一起从警，后来成为亲家。“他是我们的骄傲，为了保护牧民，他挺身而出。当我遇到同样的情况，我也会像他一样，毫不犹豫地站出来！”

　　阿克苏地区公安局警令部政委刘茂林每回忆一次买买提江·托乎尼亚孜，就伤心流泪一次。“沿着你的路，我们将继续用鲜血和生命打击暴恐犯罪，捍卫新疆稳定！”
