  4月6日下午,电子科技大学研究生大楼,300人的报告厅里挤进了500多人。有的席地而坐,有的靠墙而立,接近2个小时的时间里,大家的目光都聚焦在讲台上一位白发老者身上——中国工程院院士,中国第一艘航母辽宁舰总设计师朱英富。


  朱院士此次来川,是受电子科技大学邀请做客“成电讲坛”,为科大学子们带来了题为“发展海军装备,建设海洋强国”的主题演讲。在演讲中,朱英富阐述了中国建设一支强大海军的必要性,透露了一些辽宁舰建造过程中的细节故事,并介绍了目前正在建造中的中国第二艘航母的一些情况。

  谈海军建设:中国驱逐舰护卫舰已进入国际先进行列


  或许是辽宁舰总设计师的光环太过耀眼,很多人都不知道,朱英富还是中国052B和052C两级现代化驱逐舰的总设计师,而052C更广为人知的名字就是“中华神盾舰”。“我们在研制驱逐舰、护卫舰中积累的经验,为后来续建辽宁舰积累了许多经验,特别是在电子电气设备上。”朱英富说。

  朱英富介绍,中国海军装备的发展经历了一个漫长曲折的过程。上世纪70、80年代,中国海军的主力舰艇是051级驱逐舰,这级舰有着典型的前苏联设计思路,航速快,反舰能力强,但对空能力差。到上世纪末,中国建造了052级驱逐舰,就是大家熟知的哈尔滨舰和青岛舰,在防空能力上有所加强,但仍处于点防御的初级阶段,而且舰上的许多设备仍然需要从多个国家进口,“我们开玩笑时称为‘八国联军’。”朱英富说,特别是中国的海洋安全战略从近海防御转为远海防卫之后,现有的舰艇已无法满足海军作战需要。


  直到2005年,由朱英富主持设计建造的052C级驱逐舰服役,配以“中华神盾”和垂直导弹发射系统,中国海军才终于拥有了区域防空作战能力。


  朱英富说,目前中国已建成了8艘052C级和正在批量建造的052D级驱逐舰,以及054、056两型护卫舰,无论是舰体设计还是武器装备方面,都已经处于国际先进行列。


  谈辽宁舰:8年时间把“烂尾楼”变成现代化航母


  但是一支现代化的远洋海军,仅仅有驱逐舰、护卫舰这样的水面舰艇仍是不够的,还有一块空白需要填补,那就是航母。


  朱英富介绍,早在1970年中国就曾考虑发展航母,当时的刘华清将军就极力推动,还曾组织过专题论证,并上报过工程方案,但最后因为种种原因没有成行。1987年时,中国也提出过一个航母发展设想,提出在“七五”期间开始论证,“八五”搞研究,在2000年左右视情况上型号。事实上,中央最终在2004年决定利用瓦良格号的船体续建航母,时间上也大体差不多。


  在2004年之前,虽然相当长一段时间内中国在航母建造上没有实质性动作,但是与航母相关的各种预研其实一直在进行,“我们通过一些渠道引进了部分报废航母上的设备,例如弹射器、阻拦器之类的,做了很多预研工作,所以辽宁舰不是一蹴而就的,之前大量预研打下了坚实的基础”


  朱英富说,2003年瓦良格号被拖到大连时,几乎就是个空壳子只有船体和几台主机,“我们刚开始也不知道怎么办,因为之前从来没接触过航母设计,也没有任何图纸参考。”朱英富说,此前有传闻说买回瓦良格号时还顺带运回了几卡车图纸,但事实上是没有的。有报道称此前瓦良格号完工了60%到70%,这应该是真实的,但是这艘船在乌克兰放了很长时间,里面很多建好的设备后来又拆掉了,事实上等于从头再来。中国也曾试图联系瓦良格号的设计方提供一些帮助,但被对方拒绝了。还曾邀请过建造瓦良格号的乌克兰船厂专家前来,但能够提供的帮助也少之又少。“瓦良格号到我们手上时就像是一栋‘烂尾楼’,我们必须要完工,而且还要建得满足我们的需要”。


  因为前苏联设计航母的思路和美国完全不同,更强调单舰的全面能力,舰上甚至布置了反舰导弹的位置,这并不符合中国海军的需要,“我们需要的是编队作战,依靠舰载机,更靠近美国的思路。”朱英富说。


  从2004年中央决定续建,到2012年正式服役,8年时间,朱英富和团队成员把“烂尾楼”变成了一艘现代化航母。


  谈中国国产第二艘航母:看着跟辽宁舰很像 但内部已大变样


  辽宁舰服役之后,公众关注的焦点集中到了正在建造中的第二艘航母身上。在讲座结束后得提问环节,电子科大的学子们也非常关注第二艘航母的进展。


  朱英富透露,中国国产第二艘航母很快就将下水。通过续建辽宁舰,中国已经积累了大量建造航母的经验,建立了完整的设计建造体系,也培养了一批专业人才,所以第二艘航母的建造进度要比辽宁舰更快。


  朱英富说,从目前已经公开的照片上看,中国国产第二艘航母在外形上似乎跟辽宁舰很相像,但实际上却有很大的提升。首先在舰体内部的设计更为优化,抛弃了前苏联的一些设计思路,同时舰载的电子设备也进行了换代升级。中国国产第二艘航母在舰机适配性、电磁兼容性、全舰安全性和战斗能力保障方面都有所提高。


  朱英富还谈到了未来中国航母建设中一些新技术的应用问题。例如弹射技术。朱英富透露,目前中国蒸汽弹射和电磁弹射技术都在研究,他个人更加倾向于更为先进的电磁弹射技术,这些技术一旦成熟,将会应用到未来的航母建造中。“还有核动力,未来中国一定要搞,希望大家能耐心等待,相信我们很快能赶上世界先进水平。”朱英富说。


  当被问到中国海军需要多少艘航母时,朱英富回答,“现在美国说他们需要10艘航母,我们可能不需要那么多,但起码应该有3艘,如果有条件,能有4、5艘更好。”


  寄语科大学子:辽宁舰电子设备出自电子科大研究成果


  在谈到未来海军舰艇的发展趋势时,朱英富对在场的电子科大学子们提出了期望。朱英富说,未来的海军舰艇需要在智能化技术、绿色化技术、综合电力技术、远程综合保障技术、基于人因工程的舱室环境与设施设计技术、海上无人系统技术等方面有所突破。


  “例如综合电力技术,未来舰艇上要装备类似电磁炮这样的高能武器时,就非常需要,还有舰艇上的电子设备,这些在座的同学们都懂,欢迎你们未来也能加入到我们的团队中来。”朱英富说。


  而事实上,电子科技大学在中国第一艘航母辽宁舰的建造过程中也做出了重要贡献。辽宁舰上包括舰载电子设备,通信、雷达等系统都有出自电子科技大学的研究成果。

  1966年研究生毕业于上海交通大学,2011年当选为中国工程院院士。朱英富院士是海军国防多种现代化舰艇的总设计师。曾获国家科技进步一等奖和二等奖各一项,省部级科技进步奖特等奖二项、一等奖一项,获“何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖”、中国“杰出专业技术人才”和“船舶设计大师”等荣誉称号。他主持了中国新一代两型驱逐舰研制,使中国成为世界上继美、俄之后第三个能自主研制中国国产化的编队区域防空型驱逐舰的国家。2004年起,朱英富院士担任中国第一艘航空母舰辽宁舰总设计师。2012年9月25日,辽宁舰正式服役。
