　　参考消息网4月9日报道 西媒称，马杜罗政府上台后，中国取代查韦斯时期的俄罗斯成为委内瑞拉的主要武器供应国。

　　据西班牙《阿贝赛报》4月5日报道，查韦斯执政期间，最初委内瑞拉向不同国家购买武器，例如，向古巴购买了40万颗反坦克地雷和杀伤人员地雷，后期则以向俄罗斯购买为主。2009年至2013年，66%的进口武器来自俄罗斯，直到查韦斯去世，购买额达到130亿美元。

　　然而，2013年以来，委内瑞拉购买武器的最大合同是和中国签署的。据委内瑞拉非政府组织公民监督组织统计，2013年委内瑞拉向中国购买了12个武器系统，2014年又购买了10个。虽然经济危机迫使委内瑞拉缩减了军购计划，但是2016年对华进口额重现增长。
