广东侦破特大跨境走私贩毒案 缴获冰毒300公斤
异地制毒、香港老板出资贩运、公司化运作、借道广州跨境走私……澎湃新闻（www.thepaper.cn）4月8日从广州市公安局获悉，今年2月13日，广州、河源警方成功打掉一个以香港籍和汕尾籍人员相互勾结的跨境走私贩卖毒品团伙，摧毁一个制毒工厂，捣毁一个用来包装夹藏毒品的窝点和一间存放毒品的仓库，并抓获周某宗、李某浩等6名犯罪嫌疑人，缴获毒品冰毒295.75公斤。

广州市公安局发向澎湃新闻的案情通报显示，今年1月，广州市公安局禁毒支队接到广东省公安厅禁毒局转来的涉毒线索，称一伙以香港特区籍为主的贩毒分子准备从广东向境外走私毒品。广州市公安局禁毒支队马上对该线索开展侦查，并抽调警力成立专案组。通过近1个月的侦查，专案组逐步摸查出该团伙的成员信息与团伙结构。
该团伙组织架构严密，分工明确。香港老板是出资人，先向汕尾籍制毒团伙订购冰毒，然后雇用马仔走私贩运毒品，贩运毒品以公司化方式进行运作，有专人负责运输、验“货”、接收和存放毒品，以及走私出境和贩卖到境外。该团伙利用广州高度集中的“人流、物流、资金流”，以及发达便利的交通区位优势，进行包装夹藏毒品，然后走私出境。
专案组民警侦查发现，该团伙有很强的反侦查能力，运输、验“货”、接收和存放毒品的各个环节都分别由互不认识的团伙成员负责。在运输过程中，运毒车辆前方还有探路车。
2月11日，专案组侦查发现，该团伙成员香港籍周某宗将前来广州，准备与其毒品上家交接毒品。周某宗入境后，专案组便实施全天候跟踪，并据行动预案准备对该团伙进行择机收网。
专案组2月13日侦查发现该团伙将实施毒品交收，收网时机成熟。随后，专案组根据行动预案，兵分多路进行收网抓捕。专案组民警首先在广州火车东站将完成毒品验收任务、准备返港的犯罪嫌疑人周某宗抓获；另外一行动组民警，在海珠区某地一个用来储藏和伪装夹藏毒品的窝点，将犯罪嫌疑人邓某雄抓获，当场缴获冰毒晶体12袋，净重295.75公斤；第三小组则在犯罪嫌疑人李某浩、高某回到广州荔湾名茶交易中心停车场取回运毒车辆时将2人抓获。
2月24日，广州警方联合河源警方捣毁一个位于广东河源市和平县热水镇某村的制毒工厂，抓获犯罪嫌疑人周某田和周某华2人。由于该团伙已对制毒场所进行清理，广州、河源两地警方对现场及周边开展仔细搜查，在10公里外的地方成功查获部分被烧毁、丢弃的制毒工具。同一时间，另外一组专案组民警在惠州警方的协助下，捣毁该团伙在惠州市某地租用的用来存放毒品的仓库。
广州市公安局禁毒支队支队长雷虎接受央视采访时表示，本案缴获冰毒近300公斤，毒源地在广东，毒品价格每公斤约3万-4万元，共价值一千多万元；假如这批毒品走私到澳大利亚等国，售价可提高十倍，每公斤达40万元，近300公斤就可卖到一亿多元。
广州市公安局工作人员表示，目前，案件正在进一步侦办中。
