雄安会成为创业者的天堂么？
近期，中国最火爆的话题莫过于雄安新区了。2017年4月1日，中共中央、中国国务院印发通知，决定设立河北雄安新区。组成雄安新区的三座县城迎来了外界的密切关注，这三座普通的华北县城也失去了往日的平静。这是继深圳经济特区和上海浦东新区之后又一具有中国意义的新区。据了解，规划建设雄安新区，有利于集中疏解北京非首都功能，与北京城市副中心共同形成新的两翼。并且，央企以及科研功能事业单位搬迁将对雄安新区产生外溢效应。
据披露雄安地区7个重点任务中，3个与高新技术和互联网公司相关。但是，雄安真的会成为创业者的下一个温床么?诸多创业者认为，互联网创业人才是关键之一，目前雄安地区还有待开发，未来会有什么样的机遇还需要继续考察。新京报记者采访了创业者和投资人，他们对这一议题各抒已见。

三年内、雄安目前还不太具备互联网和高科技创业公司的基础、需要一定时间的发展。没有云服务器集群和带宽准备。个人觉得附近40公里的的保定东边的白洋淀新区之类可能成为雄安新区建设的人员和科技人员的前行桥头堡。
对于互联网创业者而言，保定东区的新的科技新区可能更加合适。雄安主要是围绕白洋淀为中心、风景秀丽、我觉得更加适合教育类。但是时间会改变一切、十年之后肯定会是两个不同的世界。10年之后如果高校园区建立会是新的硅谷。
对于互联网公司来说、主要是人才是最大资本和成本。中关村为核心的互联网公司都是围绕清华北大高校而建的。如果高校的搬迁入住会导致互联网公司搬入是有可能的。
具体到房地产投资，未来一周会趋于理性，一个月后一地鸡毛。只有十年之后才是辉煌。

雄安是否适合互联网创业，这取决于以后的政策落地，现在政策还不明朗，我做过政策研究，也实地去看过，现在也只知道战略高度空前，但是具体政策如何落实还未知。作为投资人，是非常讲究回报的，要先明确什么样的产业会搬过去再去看什么样的项目。
目前雄安三县的房地产交易已经冻结，周边地区可以交易，也被热炒，但是其实没有什么意义，都不在核心区域内。

雄安最先受益的是基建，房产和相关的产业园，所以主营业务为这类的直接利好。但是互联网目前没看到什么关联，相关政策也暂时还不明朗，或许还需观望一段时间。

未来雄安有可能会给一些企业和公司一些税收的优惠，如果有税收的优惠，很多公司相信是愿意过去的，对于小蓝单车来说我们也是愿意过去的。问到用什么样的方式投入雄安或者是保定石家庄地区的市场，应该还会是投放自行车的方式。

互联网创业，在未来5年以内，还是在北京、杭州和深圳。雄安还早，看不清政策等方面的引导。互联网创业重在人才。人才不会在短的时间去雄安地区的。 互联网公司不会去蹭房地产红利或者是政治热点。互联网公司其实说到后面还是要解决一些时代发展的需求。太浮躁以后只会让泡沫越来越大，比如乐视。北京海淀还在建科技产业园。所以，未来的互联网还会很长一段时间在北京，除非国家政策支持，形成一个类似于美国硅谷，否则不会过去。
又或者说：雄安新区，大家都看不清方向，当地人也在懵逼中。但是非首都功能的相关行业外迁到雄安，肯定是一个未来的方向，也是缓解首都人口、环境压力的重大举措。

我前两天和朋友一起去了雄安，想去看看到底是什么情况。
第一，目前雄安还没有什么明显迹象能对互联网行业产生指示意义的，整个街上比较受关注的就是售楼中心，贴满了封条。
第二，我认为在现阶段，雄安还不具备互联网创业的条件，学术、科技人才、经济、社会文化储备量都非常小，作为北方新区，和深圳、浦东沿海做贸易起家还不一样，贸易很容易见到效果，互联网不一样，得想办法让“兄弟们”都过去啊。
第三，雄安的城市建设也还没有跟上，城市建设跟上来至少得3年，央企能带来的机会我判断不了，互联网创业还是更偏向自由化的氛围，创业者目前到这里可能只是生态链的末端。我认为雄安未来的机会可能在于更偏高科技的行业，而不是互联网方向、或者传媒行业。

短期来看，互联网创业者是不太容易过去，因为创业早期资源很重要。双创政策推进后，创业热潮中国各地遍地开花，但是做的好的城市屈指可数。互联网创业不仅要有完整的孵化创投生态，还需要有较强的互联网思维人才，不仅如此，还需要对人才方面福利方面进行配套，留的住人才，做好软硬件配备。我也看到了一些研发单位的外迁的设置，对做研发类的项目会有些影响，但是对互联网技术类的影响，还得看整体的创业生态。
