　　多房在手

　　2000年，陈向华从湖南农业大学资源环境学院土地管理专业毕业后，以选调生的身份在安仁县龙海镇政府任职，一年以后升任安仁县龙海镇镇长助理。

　　陈向华于2011年至2016年收受红包礼金共计133万余元；违反廉洁纪律，从事营利活动，非法占有公共财物；利用职务上的便利，在工程承揽等方面为他人谋取利益，单独或共同收受他人财物，涉嫌受贿犯罪。

　　可见，房子背后的事情，没那么简单。

　　异地购房

　　不难发现，陈向华人在湖南，但房子可不限于湖南，广东省也在他的购置范围内。政知局注意到，许多官员买房可是相当会挑地方。

　　买那么多豪宅干什么，为了住，或是投资，还是藏钱？

　　不只是在电视剧中，就算在现实中，豪宅藏钱也确实是一些贪官的选择，例如广东省政协原主席朱明国。朱明国在其家乡海南五指山建了两栋别墅。2014年11月，在朱明国被宣布接受调查的第二天，当地人看到几十名警察围堵在朱明国老家的别墅四周。“办案人员在其家中搜出大量黄金、钞票，用箱子分装在一起，足足拉了十余车。其中有部分钞票都受潮发霉了。”

　　个人事项

　　前面举的例子中，有不少是在填报个人事项时，漏报瞒报房产。他们为什么要这么做？曾有官员解释说，以为这是“一件小事”。

　　无论是自认小事，还是心虚，不如实报告的后果可是很严重的。2015年全年抽查的43.92万名副处级以上干部中，因不如实报告个人有关事项等问题被取消提拔资格的3900多人，受调离岗位、改任非领导职务、免职、降职等处理的124人，因抽查核实发现问题受到党纪政纪处分的160人。

　　还是说说湖南，当地对官员漏报瞒报房产的处分已经有不少例子。

　　2016年12月5日，湖南省岳阳市纪委给予湘阴县第一职业中等专业学校原校长（副处级）廖树清党内严重警告处分：“廖树清违反组织纪律，2014年、2015年，在领导干部个人有关事项报告中，隐瞒应当报告的房产534.86平方米”。

　　2016年9月，湖南省委巡视组向岳阳市纪委交办了湘阴县政协原副主席甘灵杰的问题线索。岳阳市纪委立即对其进行立案审查，发现甘灵杰2015年违反规定未如实报告本人和其配偶拥有的房产面积79.62平方米，并存在其他违纪问题。甘灵杰被记行政大过，并在湘阴县政协换届选举中被取消提名资格。

　　申报要求

　　毫无疑问，房产是个人有关事项抽查核实的重点。

　　根据中组部的要求，住宅、商用房、厂房、仓库、自建房及车库（车位、储藏间）等都需要申报。填报中，房产的具体地址、建筑面积和产权性质的填报，按照房屋产权证登记的内容逐一填写，地址要具体填写到门牌号，面积、交易价格要求填写具体数字，不能出现“xx万左右”等模糊字样。

　　其中，少报告房产面积（以房产证、不动产登记证或房屋买卖合同记载的建筑面积为准）累计在50平方米以下的为漏报；少报告房产面积累计在50平方米及以上的为瞒报。

　　个人拥有房子的数量有多有少。当四川省崇州市委书记赵浩宇述廉时汇报，目前只购买了一套62.32平方米的房子后，引来了不少人的质疑。在四川省成都市纪委近日召开的十二届六次全会上，一位特邀监察员对崇州市委书记赵浩宇发问:“书记，你真的只有一套房子吗？”赵浩宇回答:“我确实只有这一套房，组织可以核查。”

　　那么，是不是报告房产数量较多就是有问题的呢？

　　成都市药监局局长周万生就坦言，自己目前有6套房产。“这些房子都有合法来源证明，均可以查证。”他说道。
