　　参考消息网4月9日报道 外媒称，俄罗斯远东发展部新闻处援引部长亚历山大·加卢什卡的话称，俄方已向中国伙伴转交共同开发黑瞎子岛的协议，其现处于最后筹备阶段。

　　据新加坡《联合早报》网站4月7日报道，加卢什卡6日在与中国商界及科研圈代表在会晤中表示：“联合开发黑瞎子岛或成为一个有前景的合作项目，相关协议的草拟工作已进入最后阶段，有待俄罗斯远东发展部和中国中国国家发展改革委员会签署。”之后，加卢什卡指出，协议已转交中方。他说：“协议何时签署取决于中方何时同意，俄方该做的都会做，现在轮到中方做决定了。”

　　报道称，黑瞎子岛位于黑龙江和乌苏里江交汇处，面积约335平方公里。1929年，苏联从中国手中夺走该岛的控制权。2004年，中国和俄罗斯双方达成《中国和俄罗斯国界东段补充协定》，将黑瞎子岛约171平方公里划归中方。
