关注“福特”是为了知己知彼
就在美国新型核动力航母“福特”号4月8日开始海试几天后，由海军军事学术研究所研究员、著名航母专家李杰编写的《航母王者——美国福特级航母的今生来世》一书于12日在京举行首发仪式。
李杰在自序中引用美国前总统西奥多·罗斯福一句脍炙人口的座右铭“我们说话要和气，但手里要有大棒”。李杰认为，这里所说的“大棒”就是动用航空母舰。据李杰介绍，美国海军在航母的研制进程中始终秉承一个理念：要与当代所有对手或潜在对手至少形成“一代以上”的技术优势。而“福特”的研制就是希望保持对中国等对手两代以上的差距。为了介绍“福特”性能之新，李杰用多个章节详细介绍“福特”级航母的设计与建造、关键技术与系统、搭载的新型舰载机、装备的新概念武器等多个核心技术以及这些新技术带来的航母应用的新趋势。书中引用最新的一项美国海军的研究报告：一艘搭载75架舰载机的“尼米兹”级航母，在3天的作战时间内，每天打击的目标数是248个，而搭载同等数量舰载机的“福特”号的打击数量达到2000个以上。综合来看，“福特”级航母的综合作战效能至少比现役的“尼米兹”级航母高出3倍。
李杰表示，相比“尼米兹”级航母，“福特”级有些提升是看得见的，比如电磁弹射系统等，但也有一些看不见的地方对于战斗力也带来巨大提升，比如新一代核动力系统的核燃料理论上可以在航母全寿命的50年中不用更换，维护保养的复杂程度也大大降低，而上一代的核动力系统，大概每过七八年到十几年就要更换核燃料，每次大保养的周年大概要2年左右，这就意味着航母发挥战斗力的时间大概只有40年左右。而更换新一代的核动力系统，使航母的整体作战效能大大提升。
不过，李杰也表示，“福特”号虽然有过人之处，但并非完美无缺。经过多年的建造与试验，“福特”暴露出六大软肋。所以关注“福特”号的发展不是为了吓唬自己，而是为了知己知彼。
“福特”对中国的借鉴意义
对于“福特”号航母将对中国带来哪些借鉴，李杰表示，未来中国应该也会学习和借鉴美式航母的发展道路，“福特”号采用的电磁弹射、电磁拦阻、新概念武器、四代舰载机等新型武器和技术未来也将应用在中国的新型航母上。除了技术和硬件方面，未来航母编队的作战理念和编制体制也应该向世界最先进的航母国家学习。未来中国航母的发展方向应依托多型、多机种舰载机的综合运用来形成航母完成多样作战任务的能力。
李杰表示，通过美国加速发展航母以及特朗普前不久在“福特”号上发表的讲话来看，美国将会更加重视航母发展，从这个角度来看，中国在从大国向强国迈进的过程中，必须有大型航母乃至世界一流航母作为国家海洋权益和海洋战略的力量支持。不过，李杰强调，中国未来航母应用的战略和思维绝不会走西方军事大国国强必霸的道路，中国发展先进航母的出发点与应用场景与美国是完全不同的。
