经查，此类非法期货交易场所、会员单位伙同代理商在网上招揽客户，由公司员工扮演“赚钱客户”、“喊单老师”等角色，通过QQ、微信聊天和直播间讲课等方式，诱骗客户在现货交易平台开户注册，投入资金，对大宗商品标准化合约进行集中交易，实质与客户进行现货行情对赌，诱导客户频繁交易、反向操作，利用交易软件后台监控和影响客户交易，造成客户普遍亏损严重、公司巨额盈利，侵害了投资人的财产权益，扰乱了金融市场秩序，涉嫌诈骗、非法经营犯罪。经检察机关批准，截至目前，全市公安机关依法逮捕犯罪嫌疑人115人，其中，以诈骗罪逮捕108人，以非法经营罪逮捕7人。公安机关提醒，如有市民群众在上述24家非法期货类公司投资受损，请到公司经营地派出所报案登记。
