  “太空快递小哥”准备首飞


  据中国载人航天工程办公室消息,天舟一号货运飞船与长征七号遥二运载火箭于4月17日完成了总装测试等技术区各项工作。当天7时30分,承载着长征七号遥二运载火箭与天舟一号货运飞船组合体的活动发射平台驶出总装测试厂房,平稳行驶约2.5小时后,垂直转运至发射区。之后,将在发射区开展天舟一号货运飞船与长征七号遥二运载火箭功能检查和联合测试工作,完成最终状态确认后,火箭加注推进剂,计划4月20日至24日择机发射。

  首次验证“太空加油”


  据中国载人航天工程办公室的消息,天舟一号此次任务是与天宫二号空间实验室完成交会对接,首次实施推进剂在轨补加,突破和掌握推进剂在轨补加等关键技术。


  专家表示,无论是空间实验室还是空间站,在近地轨道运行都会由于空气阻力而“掉高度”,如果不能维持高度,其在轨寿命将比较有限。这需要火箭发动机适时启动以保持轨道高度,但是其携带的燃料是有限的。这就为被称为“太空加油”的在轨推进剂补加技术提出了需求。目前掌握推进剂在轨补加技术的只有美俄两国,此次天舟一号的一个重要使命就是验证这项技术,这也是决定中国未来空间站能否顺利发展的关键技术之一。为此,先期发射入轨的天宫二号安装了一套全新的补加系统,其补加原理类似于油管与油枪的对接,不过精度和密封性要求非常高。


  专家表示,目前国际上还有一种维持轨道的补充方式,就是货运飞船与空间站对接后,利用自身发动机“烧掉”多余的燃料抬高空间站轨道。不过这种轨道维持方式对于飞船的位置、对接口受力都有很高要求,另外这种方式也不够灵活。


  现役运载能力最强货船


  专家表示,中国计划在2022年前后建成空间站,其初步规模包括一个核心舱和两个实验舱,如果想保持航天员长期在轨飞行,货运飞船是必可不少的。


  专家表示,货运飞船是从载人飞船演变过来的。运货飞船可以运输推进剂燃料、维修和更换的设备、航天员的生活、工作用品以及空间科学实验设备和用品等,此外还能用于调整空间站轨道高度。在20世纪70年代,前苏联和美国开始发展体积大、寿命长、用途广的空间站。刚开始时,两国都是用人货混装的载人飞船为空间站提供少量补给,每艘载人飞船一次只能为空间站运去几百公斤的物资,无法满足需求。苏联率先在联盟号载人飞船的基础上研制了进步号货运飞船,其货舱容积为6.6立方米,运载能力为2.6吨,并可进行在轨推进剂补加服务。欧洲的货运飞船叫自动转移飞行器,全长10米,最大直径为4.5米,重量约10吨,运货能力可达7吨,是迄今运载能力最大的货运飞船,从2008年起到2014年共发射了5个,但目前已经停止建造。


  美国的“龙”飞船长5.9米,最大直径3.7米,其运送载荷最大质量6吨,返回载荷最大质量3吨,它也是货运飞船中往地球运回物品的高手。此外,美国的“天鹅座”和日本的HTV货运飞船运载能力分别为2.7吨和6吨。总体来说,天舟一号的运载能力是居于前列的,而在现役货运飞船中其运载能力是最大的。
