中新网绵阳4月18日电 （杨勇 陈际鸿）18日，四川绵阳市公安局通报，绵阳市公安局禁毒支队成功将最后1名网上追逃毒贩抓获，至此该市部督“20161103”特大贩毒案全线告破。该案历时8个月，在成都、重庆、河北等地警方的大力支持和配合下，抓获涉毒违法犯罪嫌疑人共计30余名，收缴毒品1.98公斤以及大量吸毒工具。
2016年6月，绵阳市公安局禁毒支队一大队接到群众举报：某小区一高层住户家中半夜音乐扰民，喧嚣不断，总是有不同的人进出该房间。该线索引起了侦查民警的警觉，并对该线索展开了调查，发现住户是一个绰号叫“波姐”的吸毒人员，经常以家庭聚会的名义召集社会闲杂人员到家中免费吸毒。
侦查员迅速围绕“波姐”这一关键人物展开进一步的秘密侦查，发现“波姐”原名王某波，2013年8月曾因吸食毒品被强制隔离戒毒两年，出所没多久，再次复吸，并走上了以贩养吸的道路，而且交易频繁、交易量很大，每月在3至5公斤左右，主要从重庆和成都两个上家购买大量毒品回到绵阳。为了稳定客源，王某波多次在自己的住处通过聚会的方式召集大量社会闲杂人员免费吸食毒品，并将其发展为销售骨干，在涪城、游仙、高新、经开区、北川设立“分销点”，涉案人员多达数十人。
该市公安局迅速成立专案组，经侦查，专案组发现，王某波十分狡猾，反侦查能力很强，她通过跑野的司机运送毒品，并冒用他人的身份证在宾馆登记住宿来掩盖毒品交易。

7月31日，绵阳抓捕组将胡某峰和运送毒品的犯罪嫌疑人陈某抓获。12月31日，专案民警又远赴河北保定，将来绵阳运输毒品到河北保定的王某抓获。
2017年2月4日，绵阳市公安局禁毒支队在北京、河北警方的大力配合下，成功将胡某峰在保定的下线刘某振抓获。
目前，9名主要犯罪嫌疑人全部移交检察机关起诉。（完）
