如今，就有这么一家网约车平台，运营了大半年，几乎没有真实的乘坐交易，但却拥有上万名司机、日流水数千万！
它是怎么做到的呢？
几乎没有乘客，数据主要靠刷单
据大河网4月17日报道，连日来，郑州、洛阳等地不少市民反映称，他们注册了一个名为“之道出行”的网约车平台。平台的代理商承诺，每月交3000元“保险费”，可确保自己刷单安全，并获取高额收益。不少人充值三四十万元刷单，如今平台中止了提现，导致大额资金被套牢，而河南总代理却失联了。
对此，“之道出行”回应称，与他们合作的个别公司，教唆司机“刷单”，给平台造成巨额经济损失。目前，北京警方已介入调查。
每经小编（微信号：nbdnews）在公司官网上发现，“之道出行”是一个于2016年6月上线运营的网约专车平台，这是一款集专车出行、酒店预订、生活娱乐等多功能为一体平台。

那么，司机们是如何在“之道出行”上刷单的呢？
据大河网报道，马先生是洛阳的一名网约车司机。去年12月，他从一个网约车司机群中得知，“之道出行”网约车于2016年12月16日登陆河南，于是，他下载了手机APP。
但是，马先生登录“之道出行”后发现，司机端并没有乘客叫车，几个星期都是如此。之后，在同行的提醒下，他发现了新的生财之道。
原来，在“之道出行”乘客端充值100元，会获赠100元积分，现金和积分均可用于付车费，而“之道出行”会从乘客支付的车费中提取26.5%。这样算下来，自己注册一个乘客账号，充值100元，可以当200元用。若自己发单自己接单，这200元车费被提走53元，自己可轻松赚47元，充值越多赚得越多。
“之道出行”洛阳二级代理郑先生告诉马先生，平台刚上线，需大量刷单数据，以此来提高平台市场竞争力和吸引投资。即使没有车，也可交1000元至2000元不等的钱办理相应车型的司机端，呆在家里就能刷单赚钱。
自己叫车自己接，刷单会被发现吗？郑先生承诺，每个月交3000元“保险费”，保证刷单安全。他解释，这是“之道出行”所默许的。
在郑先生指导下，马先生买了5部手机，办了5个奢侈车司机端，他又让亲戚朋友下载乘客端帮刷单。考虑到“之道出行”提现周期为15天，他从今年1月16日起，每天向平台充值2万元，2月初累计充值额达42万元。
“之道出行”上的疯狂刷单并不仅出现在河南省，而是遍布中国。

据红星新闻4月7日报道，成都网约车司机秦师傅在专车司机微信群里认识了“之道出行”在成都的代理商钟德超和郑彬。
在钟德超的介绍安排下，秦师傅于去年10月19日在“之道出行”成都分代理商——四川戴维斯君豪酒店管理有限公司进行了司机注册。不过，在“之道出行”上，他做的第一件事并不是上线接单，而是“刷单”。
那么，默许甚至纵容这种“只刷单不接单”的，到底是分代理商还是“之道出行”总部呢？
“之道出行”四川总代理陈海波告诉记者，他与总部签完总代理合同后，“之道出行”公司CEO谢文峰明确告诉他：“要尽快动起来，公司现在没有风控”、“要先把数据做起来，可以自己给自己下单”。
根据中国多家媒体报道，北京、上海、天津、长沙、深圳等城市，都出现了“之道出行”刷单行为。
据红星新闻报道，3月30日，记者手机下载了“之道出行”客户端，充值50元后选择即时用车，等待10余分钟后，没有任何车来接单。记者在多个地点尝试，都是一样结果。随后记者又预约了3月31日的用车，然而到了3月31日依然没司机接单，也找不到任何退款通道。秦师傅等司机告诉记者，不但“之道出行”到现在没有真实交易，之前在成都乃至中国也基本全靠刷单。
无法取现！司机：这是骗局
就在司机们刷单正酣时，“之道出行”今年1月21日开始举行为期十天的大型充值返积分活动——“充5000元送5000元再送500积分；充10000元送10000元再送1000积分；充20000元送20000元再送2000积分。”
很多司机不惜投入重金参加此活动，据红星新闻报道，成都的秦师傅前后累计投入近23万。
可是，这波活动结束后，正好是春节假期，司机们无法提现，当时他们没觉得有啥问题。但在春节后，2月6日到2月9日，秦师傅登录司机端账号时，“发现提现出现卡顿现象，并且到了提现时间，要准时进去抢才可能提现成功，那几天基本只有一半司机可以提现。”

2月10日，秦师傅们已彻底无法提现，“之道出行”公司的解释是系统维护，暂停提现。到了2月13日，当秦师傅再次提现时，平台又称“系统遭到黑客攻击，正在处理恢复。”后来说辞又变成“经平台风控部门核实涉嫌刷单，账号被停止提现”。至此，账号再也不能提现。
2月18日，“之道出行”发布公告称，将对异常订单进行“退一罚一”的处罚，即不但要扣除涉嫌“异常订单”的司机端账户余额，还要进行余额一倍的罚款，于是，很多司机账号上的金额陆续变成负数。2月25日，秦师傅再次查看自己的司机账户可提现余额，发现已由之前的17万元变成7万元，且仍不能提现，乘客端的积分也已不能正常使用。秦师傅表示，“自己这才意识到，我们或许落入了一个精心设置的长线骗局。”目前，成都警方已介入调查。
据南方都市报4月13日报道，2月24日，陈海波等几十名总代理，来到“之道出行”北京总部，参加公司年会。公司CEO谢文峰承诺，各地总代理可以上交一份白名单，公司将率先解封这些账号。3月2日起，总代理们的白名单陆续解封，恢复了提现功能。
3月21日，北京地区的司机逮住“之道出行”CEO谢文峰。并向警方报案。迫于压力，谢某承诺将再次开放提现功能。白名单上的账户又得以短暂提现3天，然后再次陷入瘫痪，直至现在。
关于具体涉事司机、财务损失数据，因整个后台都由之道出行公司内部掌握，外人不得而知。但据陈海波介绍，他大概在四川发展了4000个司机客户端，但因很多司机都拥有多个司机账号，涉事司机的数量难以统计。而秦师傅表示：
2月下旬，群里100多个司机一起凑钱请律师，据统计仅这100余人的累计损失就高达3000万。
4月初，北京也出现与马先生类似情况，北京有媒体报道，“之道出行”涉嫌刷单账户有8000余个，涉及资金约4000余万元。
关于中国的数据，因司机实在太分散，很难得到一个准确数据。红星新闻称，陈海波介绍说，据他们代理的估测，大概有3万名司机损失2.9亿元。但有司机称：
根据当时北京、上海的一些司机介绍，“之道出行”在中国的所有司机累计损失可能高达11亿元。
平台喊冤：是不法分子干的！
就在用户把矛头对准平台时，平台把责任甩到了用户身上。
2月15日，“之道出行”在其官方微博发布了《关于开展对异常交易订单事件的声明》称：
