据《证券日报》记者根据iFinD数据统计,2016年三大运营商高管人均薪酬为55万元,其中,中国电信董事长杨杰以115.3万元的薪酬成为三大运营商收入最高的管理者。

除了董事长收入高,中国电信高管人均薪酬水平也最高,iFinD数据显示,中国电信2016年高管薪酬总额897.8万元,13位领薪的高管人均薪酬69.06万元;其次为中国移动,2016年中国移动高管薪酬总额533.61万元,9位高管人均薪酬59.29万元;中国联通(7.470,0.00,0.00%)则以8.73万元的高管人均薪酬水平排在后面。

不过,8.73万元仅是计算了在中国联通上市公司领取薪酬的高管人均薪酬。《证券日报》记者查阅联通2016年年报,中国联通董事长王晓初、董事兼总裁陆益民、董事李福申、董事邵广禄、离任董事张钧安、监事会主席姜正新、职工监事汪世昌、监事蔡全根、董事会秘书王霞、财务负责人张矛均在上市公司的控股子公司-联通红筹公司之全资附属公司联通运营公司领取报酬。

报告期内,上述人员2016年度薪酬为:王晓初46.06万元,陆益民66.17万元,李福申59.3万元,姜正新58.08万元,邵广禄58.08万元,张均安26.27万元,汪世昌67.25万元,蔡全根88.98万元,王霞43.85万元,张矛先生43.95万元。

因此,联通管理层2016年总共有7位高管在上市公司领取薪酬。但是,即使将上述10位不在上市公司领取薪酬的高管计算在内,联通2016年高管薪酬总额也仅为619.12万元,人均36.42万元,仍远低于中国电信和中国移动

与此相对照的是,中国移动2016年净利达1087亿元,中国电信净利180亿元,中国联通净利6.3亿元。

如果按照可比数据,中国联通高管人均薪酬大幅减少。2016年联通在上市公司领取薪酬的高管人均年薪为8.73万元,比2015年的人均26.19万元大幅减少。

具体来看,联通副总裁、董秘李超减薪最多,2016年其薪酬为18.29万元,较上年同期减少了43.57万元。另有三位独立董事各自减薪9.12万元。

同时,联通的员工人均薪酬也在减少。同花顺数据显示,联通2016年在职员工人数为25.37万人,人均薪酬14.99万元,比2015年的人均15.59万元减少了6000元。

即便如此,联通的人力成本也在增加。

联通在年报中表示,公司继续深化用工和分配制度改革,2016年人工成本发生人民币369.1亿元,同比增长5.0%,所占营业收入的比重由上年的12.69%变化至13.46%。

公司还表示,致力于健全人工成本配置规则,人工成本增长与公司业绩挂钩;探索差异化薪酬激励模式,实施公允透明的薪酬分配机制,强化不同群体间薪酬分配管控,健全福利体系,构建公平和谐分配关系。
