据新华社石家庄4月18日电 18日，河北省保定市中级法院公开开庭审理了中国电信集团公司原党组书记、董事长常小兵受贿一案。保定市检察院派员出庭支持公诉，被告人常小兵及其辩护人到庭参加诉讼。
保定市检察院指控：1998年至2014年，被告人常小兵利用担任原邮电部电信总局副局长、中国联合通信有限公司董事长、中国联合网络通信集团有限公司董事长等职务上的便利，为相关单位在项目承揽、设备订购等事项上谋取利益，非法收受上述单位财物，共计折合人民币376.28801万元。提请以受贿罪追究常小兵的刑事责任。
庭审中，检察机关出示了相关证据，常小兵及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方充分发表了意见，常小兵进行了最后陈述，当庭表示认罪悔罪。
常小兵的近亲属，中国、省、市人大代表、政协委员以及社会各界群众60余人旁听了庭审。
最后法庭宣布休庭，择期宣判。
