赖文强坦言,违规飞行问题依然存在,说明无人机管控依然存在的问题。

一是多方联动机制刚刚建立,效果不够明显,大量基础性工作需要进一步细化。

二是信息通报不够规范,信息传递不够及时,公安机关处置环节“点对点”调度存在难度。

三是无人机社会层面管理基础薄弱,在无人机生产、销售和使用方面底数不明。

赖文强告诉澎湃新闻,目前四川省公安厅已牵头建立地空安全一体化管理体系和联动机制,成立了机场净空区域安全保护领导小组,下发了《关于进一步加强机场净空区域无人机驾驶航空器治安管理工作的通知》,在机场公安局指挥中心设立全天候运转的“低慢小”警情处置指挥室,负责全省涉飞警情信息处置。
