枭龙发展家族 背后历程坎坷
作为一款在外贸市场取得极大成功的机型，今天的“枭龙”已经到巴基斯坦服役已经整10年，从初出茅庐的雏鸟，成为了可以独当一面的空中战鹰。然而，“枭龙”今天的成功背后却是一段充满坎坷的历程。
“枭龙”，最早的起步平台，是源自前苏联米格21的歼-7战斗机。当时，中国的歼-7战斗机在第三世界国家广受欢迎，但随着二代机性能逐渐落后，新型的外贸机机型呼之欲出。
航空工业成飞总工程师 帅朝林：最早的来源用户给我们提出来一些改进，在歼7的基础之上，曾经提出了歼-7CP的方案，另外还和巴基斯坦联合提出了sabre2，也就是佩刀2的方案。
随后，佩刀2方案再次升级，而在特定的历史条件下，中国航空人意外地获得了第一次和太平洋对岸合作的机会。这款拥有世界最顶级航空工业能力支持的新机型，被称为超-7。但让中国人没想到的是，这次合作却随后因为国际局势的突变而终结。
航空工业成飞总工程师 帅朝林：后面一直到1992年在新加坡航展上和巴基斯坦重新开始合作。那么1995年我们在国家立项，到1999年中巴两国政府签订了合作协议，我们的“枭龙”研制才正式起动。
几经周折，“枭龙”终于走上正轨。
航空工业成飞总工程师 帅朝林：在签订合同以后，实际相当一段时间项目进展非常缓慢。
从2001年开始，项目进入快车道，到2003年我们就实现了首飞，紧接着首飞以后，我们在这个期间也让巴基斯坦空军充分了解我们国内的航电设备制造商以及我们航电系统集成的成就。那么说服巴基斯坦和我们国家签订了航电的整个研发合同。
最后的阻碍也已经突破，“枭龙”经过重重磨难，终于迎来了认可。作为中巴联合研制的精品战机，从它在巴基斯坦的名字——JF-17里，就能感受到巴基斯坦人心中的骄傲。
