而长安镇电动汽车充电基础设施项目的投入使用，也标志着今年东莞市供电局在全市建设的16个电动汽车充电基础设施项目全部完工并投入使用，实现东莞范围内“一小时充电圈”。
昨日上午，记者来到长安体育公园和长安供电分局进行现场走访，看到两处的电动汽车充电基础设施已建成。
据长安镇供电分局工作人员介绍，上述两个充电设施项目已完成工程和调试，本周三将进行最后验收，顺利验收后即可正式启用。
计划3年后覆盖全市
昨天下午，记者从东莞市供电局了解到，今年该局共投入1251.5万元，在全市范围内大力开展充电基础设施建设工作。长安体育公园充电桩项目正式投入使用后，今年该局在全市范围内建设的16个充电设施项目便全部完工并投入使用。这16个充电设施项目覆盖了城际快速、公共充电站、公交充电站、大型住宅小区以及商业综合体等领域（详见右表），分布在全市16个镇街，形成“一小时充电圈”。
“电动汽车时代已经来临，我们希望打造‘一小时充电圈’，打通电动汽车出行充电补给的‘最后一公里’，助力广大市民绿色低碳出行。”市供电局相关负责人如是说。
市供电局计划在2017~2020年投入1.8亿元，在全市范围内增设46个站点、1282个充电桩，新建的充电站点将覆盖市内33个镇街（园区）。
电动车将可以“跑远路”
另据了解，至2020年，广东省计划在高速公路服务区建成城际快充站100座，充电网络通过城际快速充电站从珠三角地区辐射至粤东西北地区，形成京港澳G4（韶关-广州-珠海）、沈海G15（潮州-广州-湛江）、广昆高速G80（广州-云浮）、长深高速G25（深圳-梅州）“一纵一横两辐射”充电干线，充电网络连通各地市及周边省份。届时，开电动汽车的车主“不敢跑远路”的历史将一去不复返了。

充电桩投入使用后，电动车主如何充电？如何计费？对此，长安镇供电分局相关工作人员介绍称：每个充电桩上都有一个二维码，车主只要扫一扫二维码，下载电动汽车手机APP“粤易充”即可查询到最近的充电站地址，并前往充电。
根据广东省中国国家发展改革委员会、东莞市发改局相关文件规定，目前东莞市实施的充电价格由工商业电价和服务费两部分组成，即：0.8733元+ 0.7元=1.5733元/度。举例来说：一辆比亚迪E6充满电量约60度，续航公里数约300至350公里，充电金额=1.5733×60=94.4元，与使用汽油的车相比，具有一定的成本优势。
充电时间方面，以一辆比亚迪5座乘用车为例，如从零电量开始充需要1小时左右，但通常行驶中的电动车都会有剩余电量，一般30分钟即可充满。
