据悉，这些服务是由超过1500家公立医院、15家医疗健康创业公司提供的。蚂蚁金服创新及智能服务部总经理王博表示：“区别于其他移动医疗服务提供方，支付宝的医疗服务平台是开放的，只要符合准入条件，欢迎在行业中有良好口碑及品牌认知的合作伙伴都可以入驻平台为用户提供服务。”
平台上的合作伙伴来自于医疗细分服务的各个领域，例如挂号就诊服务来源于以往支付宝接入的1500多家公立医院和各大挂号平台；问医生服务由阿里健康、微医、好大夫在线、妈咪知道等国内知名平台提供；智能预诊是由好人生集团基于Mayo Clinic梅奥健康医学知识开发的；器官捐赠则由中国器官移植发展基金会提供服务。
